The fourth set in the Pokémon Mezastar Super Tag series was released on February 10, 2022 and consists of 70 tags. It is the eighth set overall.

The Alpha Pokémon Arceus and the Renegade Pokémon Giratina were the focal Pokémon of the fourth Super Tag set, both of which have crucial roles in the core series title Pokémon Legends: Arceus released 13 days prior. The two were included in a lineup of Grade 6 Superstar Pokémon that also comprised the Ice Rider and Shadow Rider forms of Calyrex, Complete Forme Zygarde, Latias, Latios, Darkrai, Lugia, and Resolute Form Keldeo. The two Calyrex forms supported the Dynamax mechanic, as did Keldeo and Grade 5 Star Pokémon Weavile, Goodra, and Tangrowth. Darkrai and Lugia were able to use a Z-Move, as were Grade 5 versions of Normal Form Keldeo, Aerodactyl, and Chandelure; Star Pokémon Pinsir and Heracross were also capable of Mega Evolution. Lapras, Coalossal, and Golisopod were the only Pokémon in this set to support the Super Tag mechanic and each of them featured an Eeveelution as a tag partner. Previously featured Superstar Pokémon Kyogre, Groudon, and Lucario could be encountered and obtained as Legacy tags from March 17, 2022.

Players with Memory tags could take advantage of a number of gameplay features. During the period between the set's launch and April 13, 2022, players who scanned a Memory tag at least once a week would earn a stamp. Accumulating two of these would unlock a sirwal pants Fashion Item for players to customize their avatar; four stamps would unlock a Superstar Sensor; five stamps would unlock a Giratina Emblem; all six stamps would unlock another Superstar Sensor. Players with the Giratina Emblem would then have a chance to add Giratina to their Support Pokémon roster during Get in Battle! mode. Giratina would attack with Shadow Force if summoned. The three Partner Pokémon in this set included Sinnoh first partner Pokémon Turtwig, Chimchar, and Piplup, which could be evolved all the way to Torterra, Infernape, and Empoleon by amassing Star Points. Double Star Points could be earned in two stints over the course of the set: between March 3 and 16, 2022 and between March 31 and April 20, 2022. Players using the Mezastar Club at any time during the duration of this set could also receive a digital Support Pokémon Ticket for a Rapid Strike Urshifu and a Present Ticket to unlock cargo pants and engineer boots Fashion Items. A limited Present Ticket for Fashion Items that comprised a Hinamatsuri costume could be redeemed through the club between March 3 and 16, 2022.

The Trainer and Battle lineup for this set included two returning Trainer classes, Smart Shopper and Psychic Boy, and two new Trainer classes in Designer and DJ. Hiroki, who increased his renown over the course of the Super Tag series, appeared as the Star Trainer. Members of the Mezastar Club could redeem Battle Tickets for each opponent and unlock new customization options for their avatar. A special Battle Ticket was subsequently available through the club and could be used on machines between March 5 and April 20, 2022. This ticket allowed players to challenge Professor M, a persona sometimes adopted by Mezastar Navigator Masato in Mezastar TV episodes who offered gameplay tips to viewers. The distribution of this ticket coincided with the Special Mission from Professor M! campaign, a ranked event in which the players with the top 100 scores could win a certificate. Participants who defeated Professor M in battle would unlock a Mezastar TV logo headgear Fashion Item for their avatar. The campaign ran until March 30, 2022.

Starting February 24, 2022, pairs of players could also engage in a Trainer Tag Battle (Japanese: トレーナータッグバトル), a six-on-six battle against two Trainer classes. The Trainer Tag Battle could be found in Memory tag mode, which required players on each station to press the "1" and "2" buttons simultaneously whilst on the title screen. After both players scanned their Memory tag and inserted ¥100, the on-screen partition would disappear and display the battlefield fullscreen. Each battle was conducted over three rounds and each player could select three tags to use. One of each player's Pokémon would attack per round and attempt to damage all six opposing Pokémon. Much like standard Trainer and Battle games, a battle could only be won by defeating all the opposing Pokémon and both players would earn a trophy if successful. Individual Bonus!! Get Time! sessions followed the conclusion of the battle, regardless of the outcome. Star Trainer Takeru and Junior Trainer Hotaka, who previously appeared as Trainer and Battle opponents in Set 2, were the only pair that could be challenged in this set.
