Butterfree's 'Death'
The Japanese version of the episode implies that Butterfree die after mating, while this is not the case in the dubbed versions. - I'm pretty sure this is misconception - Chosen of Mana
- I kinda agree, if I know Ash right, he would never release his Pokémon if he knows his Pokémon will die soon. Maybe we should ask some Japanese guy that has this episode on DVD if he can double check it. TheBlazikenMaster 20:43, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
- This site: http://www.freewebs.com/katsuko/pokemon.htm has the episode. -Sketchies 20:52, 8 January 2008 (UTC)
- I swear it was said they die in the English version instead. Maybe I'm crazy. TTEchidna 23:33, 3 April 2008 (UTC)

Pokérap
I previously had added that this was the final episode to show the Pokérap in my home country, Finland. The reason was that the local telecommunication administration center considered that the Pokérap was surreptitious advertising, and it was removed at some point of the series. A date was mentioned in a PDF file related on this issue when the Finnish broadcaster of Pokémon anime (MTV3) was forced to remove the Pokérap from the end of the episodes, and it was the airdate of the following episode after this one.
