Welcome
Welcome to Bulbapedia, Adyniz!
As a new user, you may wish to learn a few things that will be useful in your editing:
- For a basic overview of wiki code, see this page.
- Read over the style primer before making your edits. It is a basic outline of Bulbapedia style. For a more in-depth set of rules, see the manual of style.
- Keep an eye on the Messages from the Editor on the main page, to stay informed on current events on Bulbapedia.
- The word Pokémon is spelled with a capital P and an accented é. The é can be accessed by holding Alt and typing either 130 or 0233 on a Windows computer, and by using Option + e, then e again on a Mac. Otherwise, you can easily click it in the character palette below the editbox.
- The word Poké Ball is spelled as two words. The "Poké" part is identical to the four beginning letters in "Pokémon"; "Ball" is spelled with a capital B. The spelling "Pokéball" arises frequently, but is incorrect.
- The word "you" and all forms of it should not be used on encyclopedic pages unless it is a quote from Pokémon or other media. Bulbapedia is an encyclopedia, not a walkthrough.
- On talk pages, please sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).
- The use of link templates is official policy.
- If you happen to spot a vandal in the recent changes that has not been dealt with, please see this page for how to deal with it.
- A list of pages that are linked to, but have not been created, can be found at this page. A list of short articles that may require more information can be found here, while a list of articles that need improvement can be found here.
- For a future capture, release, trade, or evolution of a Pokémon belonging to a main character of the anime, please do not create or move the page to reflect your suspicions, even if they are shared by many others. Policy here is to wait until the episode in which the event happens takes place is aired, unless there is substantial evidence for the suspicion (such as Brock's Happiny being held in his arms).
- Image uploading is done on Bulbagarden Archives, a separate wiki accessible through the toolbox in the sidebar. This is done so that both Bulbapedia and Bulbanews have access to the images uploaded. To activate your account at the Archives and Bulbanews, please login there using the same username and password you use here on Bulbapedia.
- If you want to make a page about a character you made up, please create it at User:Adyniz/(name), not merely (name). Bulbapedia's main namespace is reserved for actual, official Pokémon, items, characters, and locations. Also, please try to make sure that subpages are not categorized by templates used within.
- Having said this, please make sure that you do contribute adequately to the main namespace. Bulbapedia is not MySpace or Facebook.
- There are certain restrictions on the content and amount of userspace content a user is allowed. For details, see the Userspace policy
- Unless prior permission is given, no user is permitted to edit another user's page. Furthermore, edits to other users' pages are permitted only if there are problems that spread to other parts of Bulbapedia, such as broken links that appear on the wanted pages, switching out duplicate images that appear on the Archives, etc.
- Fan fictions, missions, riddles, games, and anything else deemed not suitable for the wiki will not be allowed. If you would like to add something, but do not know if it is acceptable, ask an administrator.
- A list of administrators that you can contact in case of a problem can be found here.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here! --- Kogoro | Talk to me | 08:35, 26 October 2008 (UTC)

AG192 Synopsis
Why did you delete the whole synopsis of AG192??? --Theryguy512 16:38, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
Whoa!
You cannot, ever steal synopsises from any other site on the internet. You were traking them from serebii, which is never ever allowed. If you ever take another synopsis from any other site, you will be blocked! MaverickNate 14:10, 21 February 2009 (UTC)
- If they are the same, I need you to go to those and delete the synopsis, and add Incomplete synopsis back onto the pages. MaverickNate 14:14, 21 February 2009 (UTC)
Please
On all talk pages, write ~~~~ after every post. This automatically generates your signature, and lets everyone know who has written what, and when. This would have been a good time to do so. Thanks, please remember this in future. — THE TROM — 08:18, 22 February 2009 (UTC)
Hiya!
I would like to inform you that you're doing good! However, please be aware of the grammar rules, such as not capitalizing Captions of Image Because This is Not a Title. Also, please use Link templates. Learn more about the link templates here. Thank you! Have a good time editing here~! ►Ҝəυzø8 12:00, 25 February 2009 (UTC)

Sign..
You have just forgot to sign your comment on Misty's talk page! Anyway, the picture is great, as long as it obeys Image reversion policy. So.. maybe you don't have to ask comment anymore on the article's talk page. As long as you're doing great. =] ►Ҝəυzø8 12:23, 26 February 2009 (UTC)
List of link templates
..Haven't I asked you to use them? It's a policy, you know, and makes easier edit. Like instead of typing Shaymin, you can just type Shaymin, and the result would be the same. Be careful not to link an article many times in a section, too. And, as for the moves and Pokémon name, use the templates p
and m
. Like Giratina not Giratina, Whirlwind not whirlwind. Thanks and have fun editing! ►Ҝəυzø8 13:15, 26 February 2009 (UTC)

Copyrights
Remember when I told you we can't take synopsises from other sites? We aren't allowed to do that with images either, especially from PokéBeach. Their Webmaster would become so upset if he learned someone was stealing his images, and so would so many other webmasters. So, rule of thumb, don't steal anything from any other site, please. MaverickNate 15:46, 7 March 2009 (UTC)
- Well, I said PokéBeach because that image had PokéBeach's site stamp in the corner of the artwork of the card. If you could tell me where you got it, it would be appreciated. MaverickNate 15:53, 7 March 2009 (UTC)
^^
No problem. Just don't hesitate to do or ask something especially when you know you're correct. For editing, I suggested you provide your reason why you edited an article, by adding it on the edit summary. When the reason is obvious, you may just leave it blank. Thank you. ^^ ►Ҝəυzø8 09:00, 15 March 2009 (UTC)

Ok, first of all. Don't ask fifty million people the same question and hope to get a responses. Just see, who's on Bulbapedia, and talk to them there. And with your comment, you can post the news article in Bulbanews, but just make sure that the you state the source, in your case PokeBeach. They have a helpful news editor that will cater your needs. ;)--Clarky13 07:27, 11 April 2009 (UTC)
- Also, if you're desperate to create a news article, go to Bulbanews and contact Argy over there, not here please. If you may have noticed, she's on hiatus in the 'pedia, but you can see here often in Bulbanews. Thanks, ◄Kevzo8► 07:31, 11 April 2009 (UTC)
Hi
I noticed you have been editing the User:
namespace a lot today. You may not be aware of this, but Bulbapedia has a Userspace policy that asks users to try and minimize the number of userspace edits they make in a short period of time. Instead of making multiple edits, why not use the Preview button (Alt + Shift + P) located right next to the edit button to look at your page and see how it is coming? That way, your page can look great while staying within the required amount of edits. Instead of editing the userspace, as a wiki, we encourage users to edit the mainspace. So, if you edit the mainspace more often, you will be allowed to edit the userspace more. Thanks! --◄Kevzo8► 07:55, 20 April 2009 (UTC)
Re: Need some help
Replied on my talk page. — THE TROM — 21:21, 21 April 2009 (UTC)
Oy
You can't replace episode head shots that way. You need to upload them with the epicode as the tile. (i.e. EP001.png). --ケンジのガール 07:31, 31 July 2009 (UTC)
Oh, thnx a lot. --♫♪Adyniz♪♫ 09:04, 31 July 2009 (UTC)
- Also, just so you know, Force Fire doesn't have any authority telling you that you can replace the head images. Tell an admin instead, because those are the ones with the authority, (Most specifically, Sketch) MaverickNate 17:50, 13 August 2009 (UTC)
Oh, thanks for the info. Actually ForceFire mentioned on his main page that if anybody uploads a new head image then he/she must inform ForceFire that's why i asked him. But now i will ask from the administrators first instead of him. --♫♪Adyniz♪♫ 17:53, 13 August 2009 (UTC)
- Sorry for replying to an out of date conversation, but Adyniz, You can't just replace the Image and then talk to me, I expect you to get permission first and then notify me.--ForceFire 10:45, 8 September 2009 (UTC)
Talk pages
I've noticed you comment on talk pages fairly often. Now, there's nothing wrong with this as you usually put in good discussion points, however I'd like you to start indenting your comments to distinguish them from the comments other people make. You've probably noticed how
- when people write
- the start of each of the next line
- is pushed out a little bit? That's called indenting and can be done by putting a colon (:) at the start of each line. More colons make more indents, as you can see by viewing this message in the edit window. However, if you write half your comment on a new
- the start of each of the next line
line, the indent is lost. See what I just did here? I hope I've helped you, because following these steps will make your comments a whole lot easier to read for everyone. Thanks! —darklordtrom 10:11, 27 August 2009 (UTC)
Oh, thanks a lot and you are probably right.
- Is it okay now?
- One more question, what is the use of rec=yes. I noticed it on lots of articles specially in the moves used section. For example what is the difference between [anmu|normal|Bide|DP001|Following a Maiden's Voyage!|rec=yes] & [anmu|normal|Bide|DP001|Following a Maiden's Voyage!]. Please can you explain the difference in a little bit detail. Thank You--♫♪Adyniz♪♫ 06:10, 28 August 2009 (UTC)

About this calendar involving DP147...
care to give a link in regards to the calendar. See, I need the link to settle a dispute with another member of the forum who still thinks that it's fake. Weedle Mchairybug 22:00, 10 September 2009 (UTC)
- Ok i will. My job was to inform kenji and i did that. I didn't know that there will be a dispute over it but i am sorry for that. --♫♪Adyniz♪♫ 02:56, 11 September 2009 (UTC)
- Technically, there was already a dispute long before you even confirmed that the title was real (it was first discovered on SPPf via a user of p2ch, and then it spread to BMGf, and people decided it was a hoax after seeing the scan.), however, after hearing about the title from you, even though I was hoping that, like everyone else seemed to confirm, it was a hoax title, i realized that moment that it wasn't. DP128
Listen, when they put junk like:
It doesn't mean that DP093 or DP057 follows it. And plus, What if CN relveals DP129's dub title like OMG!!!! A Regigigas Appeared!! Kill J!!!? And plus, if you have TiVo, they also might put shows like "Othersiders, The". And plus, (I've said that way too many times), if what you said happens, it would be A Pyramiding Rage (Part 1). MamoswineGliscor 12:21, 3 October 2009 (UTC)
- And now you know your ABC's. MamoswineGliscor 12:21, 3 October 2009 (UTC)
- Excuse me! don't behave stupidly. I just informed you because you were doing wrong. Cartoon Network.com is an official site and the dub title on it are totally correct. So don't be a stubborn. --♫♪Adyniz♪♫ 12:24, 3 October 2009 (UTC)
- That's the way episodes are listed because they don't count "The" and "A" in the title. They always start with the first noun. Never in the history of the anime have they titled episodes "Part A" and "Part B". It's always in numbers. Please learn that. And don't talk to other users that way or you could face a block. --ケンジのガール 21:01, 3 October 2009 (UTC)

DP150 preview
Are you absolutely positive that the preview is from DP150 only and not just a random clip show of the episode arc? I made this mistake before. Like when they shoved a preview for DP147 with the previews of DP145 and DP146. --ケンジのガール 07:46, 8 October 2009 (UTC)
- Well, i am not 100% sure because when i saw the preview then i realized that these awesome multiple events can't happen in a single episode but then i checked serebii and they said it as a one episode. I will still say that it can be a two episode preview because the preview was too long and they can't leak that big part from a single episode. I will consider it as a double episode preview DP150 & DP151. But i think we should protect the page until it is confirmed or until pokeani or tv tokyo reveals it. What do you think? --♫♪Adyniz♪♫ 07:54, 8 October 2009 (UTC)
Sorry for writing on this but i cant seem to find the comment button... sorry about this again but when you posted a picture of mariah and her hoppip you said that people voted the picture to be messed up. The only problem i see is that here names not mariah its marina.
DP episodes
Instead of copying the format in the previous episode, use this template: DP episode
. Just fill-in the paramaters like this: . Thanks~ Kevzo8 12:59, 7 December 2009 (UTC)
Re: You protected DP 165???
I just protected it to make sure that when the title is revealed, it's created by someone who knows to use the DP episode
template instead of copying the code from the previous episode like you did with DP163. I'll unprotect the article on the condition that if you create it, you remember to use this template, filling it out as Kevzo8 posted above. Quagbert 20:08, 22 January 2010 (UTC)
- Oh, okay. What a coincidence, just yesterday I asked him about the procedure of using this template. Well, okay then I will try to learn how to use the template when I will be done with that then I will inform you so that you can unprotect it. Is it okay? --♫♪Adyniz♪♫ 02:10, 23 January 2010 (UTC)
Pakistan
Hi. I see you added Pakistan to the Project Globe list. What language is the anime broadcasted in in your country? --electAbuzzzz 14:29, 17 December 2009 (UTC)
- In hindi language. --♫♪Adyniz♪♫ 15:20, 17 December 2009 (UTC)
- ...Which is also spoken in India, and i'm assuming it's basically the exact same dub, right? We usually go by one article per language region. That's why there's only one Pokémon in Latin America article, not separated articles for Argentina, Chile, Mexico and Peru. That's why there's only one Pokémon in the Arab world article, not separated articles for Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Syria. Get my drift? You can create a merged article called Pokémon in South Asia if you want, about both Pakistan and India (and perhaps other countries in the region that get the Hindi dub?), but don't create one just for Pakistan. --electAbuzzzz 17:43, 17 December 2009 (UTC)
- You are right that CNP and CNI air pokemon in same language. BTW Pokemon in South Asia is not a good title because South Asia includes some other countries too. Pokémon in Indian subcontinent is the perfect name because indian subcontinent includes india and pakistan. It also includes bangladesh which also air the same toons as of CNPakistan. So, i think Pokemon in Indian Sub-Continent is the perfect name for the article because India, Pakistan and Bangladesh are commonly known as Indian Sub-Continent. What do you think? --♫♪Adyniz♪♫ 17:55, 17 December 2009 (UTC)
- I wonder if there's anyone within Encyclopediae Pokémonis capable of researching the franchise in Bangladesh? Such a person's insight could really help with an Indian subcontinent article...--Shiningpikablu252 18:26, 17 December 2009 (UTC)
- In addition to Hindi, I've been told that Pokémon is/has been dubbed, at least partially, to Tamil and Telugu. Tamil, if I understand correctly, is also spoken in Sri Lanka. Can you confirm or deny whether Sri Lanka gets the Pokémon anime in that language? And do you know if the other countries of South Asia get the anime, and in what languages? --electAbuzzzz 18:28, 17 December 2009 (UTC)
- You are right but CN India airs Pokémon in Tamil. CN India is available in India, Nepal, Bhutan and Sri Lanka. CN Pakistan is available in Pakistan and Bangladesh. The thing is both channels use the same dub. Overall, all the south asian countries gets pokémon (same dub and same airing dates based on CNI and CNP. So, i think Pokémon in South Asia is the perfect title just like electAbuzzzz said. I will try to do my best. --♫♪Adyniz♪♫ 18:36, 17 December 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, you can start the article in your userspace. When it's good enough for mainspace, we'll move it. Oh, and you didn't have to change your location on the Project Globe page. Just because the article will be about all countries doesn't mean you come from all of them :) --electAbuzzzz 19:13, 17 December 2009 (UTC)

The only reason behind it is that I am busy in creating a new article and ELECTABUZZZZZZ told me to create a testing version of it on my user space page so that's why i need to edit my user space page a lot of times. May I be of some help?
Would I be able to help with your massive re-directing 'thingy', or more specifically in relation to the movie Lucario and the Mystery of Mew? I hope that if I help, the task might not be so frustrating for you. Steph 19:05, 9 February 2010 (UTC)
- Thanks for the offer but I think most of the articles are already completely redirected. But few articles are still there who needs to be redirected but I don't know the specific article. Try to search for the articles which are linked with the movies in which you can redirect movies' names. I hope that you will be able to find them. Thank you.--♫♪Adyniz♪♫ 02:21, 10 February 2010 (UTC)
Talk pages
More specifically, the ones you USE CAPS IN ALL THE TIME. It's more than slightly annoying, and you don't have to be so demanding, especially to Kenji-Girl. We'll get things done when they need to, not immediately after they're first revealed. So just, try to relax a bit. It's great you want to help, but it's not really a race, because there's nothing to rush about. You're not in trouble, by the way. Just letting you know. R.A. Hunter Blade 05:32, 21 February 2010 (UTC)
- I guess I over reacted a smidge. Well, I only used CAPS on some specific words (I wasn't being demanding). The only reason behind posting that thing on KG's talk page is that when KG protected those articles, she told me that I should inform her when the episode titles are available and that's why I informed her immidiately. But it really bugged me that the articles were created after 7 hours (when the titles were revealed). I just wanted to keep bulbapedia up to date in these things. But if I created any problem for someone then I apologize for that. --♫♪AdyNiz♪♫ 07:21, 21 February 2010 (UTC)
- One more thing. You don't have to upload scans in the Archives if they're already present in the Internet. You can simply paste the link of the image and it will automatically appear in the page. And regarding to your most recent upload, we have a clearer scan for that. I see you're an active Serebii.net Forum user, but check the Bulbagarden forum sometimes. Thanks, Kevzo8 11:10, 21 February 2010 (UTC)
Question
Hi Adyniz, Recently I contributed to James' bulbapedia page, and you undid my revivsion and simply told me "No.". Could you please further explain beyond that as to why you revised my addition? Thanks; --survive 18:07, 22 February 2010 (UTC)
- Ya sure. I reversed it because it wasn't a suitable trivia for an article. Actually, we always try to make some really good trivia(s) otherwise the article will flooded with trivia(s) (already happened in past). No doubt, the language and the way of your writing was very good but the material should be good. No worries, I am sure that you will do better next time and I hope that you can understand what I am trying to say. Thank you. ♫♪AdyNiz♪♫ 02:11, 23 February 2010 (UTC)

He thought Jenny was played by Cynthia de Pando, assuming he thought Ursula and Jenny were voice by the same actors, but he figured he was wrong and changed it back. And the rest, I don't quite understand, he doesn't speak good english, And I know you don't too, but don't panic, he's not a vandal or anything.--ForceFire 06:46, 4 March 2010 (UTC)
Explain myself
I changed the picture of a reason which i thought was important: the moves used section shows a picture of a pokemon using one of its attacks. The Torterra-paged showed "Using Razor Leaf as a Grotle". I just think it should show the Pokemon and not its pre-evolved form doing an attack and Leaf Storm is the only one we´ve seen so far from Torterra, so i kept changing it! Thanks Ady
I just wanted to say sorry that you were scolded by the Administration for answering my question on Kogoro's talk page. I appreciated your help regardless! Take care :D --Survive Group 19:13, 11 March 2010 (UTC)
- No problem buddy. As an admin, Kog was also right that I shouldn't have poked into his matter because it was an important question and proper/accurate information is must to have in order to guide someone properly. ♫♪AdyNiz♪♫ 19:17, 11 March 2010 (UTC)
About the Rhyanna incident...
There was nothing you could have done. Due to the fact that my sysop powers are, for some odd reason, glitched up, I was unable to make the necessary page move due to the fact that the page in question is, for some odd reason, protected from page moves until late April. Had my sysop powers been working fair and square, that entire incident would not have happened. Hopefully things get fixed up soon so that the page can be moved properly...--Shiningpikablu252 13:04, 13 March 2010 (UTC)
- Yeah, I know. But if it isn't moved yet then at least somebody can write it as Rhyanna instead of Rhyanna. Due to this, I totally forgot that there is a Japanese name for her too. May be I was a bit careless and didn't thought about it. Anyway, I'll try to improve myself in order to avoid these stupid mistakes. ♫♪AdyNiz♪♫ 13:25, 13 March 2010 (UTC)
OK
I received you message, and I'm not gonna make any edits to my userpage for a while.- unsigned comment from Dimomarg (talk • contribs)
Japanese names
I'd advise that you not try to construct the Japanese names for characters unless you really know what you're doing. I'm not sure how you did it, but the Japanese name you put down for Salvia's butler read "Princess Salvia the butler" (using the wrong word for "princess," at that). 梅子❀✿ 18:50, 3 April 2010 (UTC)
- Oh, my bad. I will try to take care of this thing in the future. ♫♪AdyNiz♪♫ 18:53, 3 April 2010 (UTC)
DP171
I do look at history's thank you very much. Hence the comment "What are you talking about?" You explanation makes no sense. Not to mentions that yo have no reason to remove it since it is actually a good piece of trivia compared to hundreds of others. --HoennMaster 06:37, 4 April 2010 (UTC)
- I have no reason to remove it? Lol, I mentioned my reason twice or thrice in the edit summary box and you are saying that I didn't have a good reason? Great even better. By the way, I told you to look at history because you asked in the summary box of DP171 What are you talking about? but I already mentioned my reason below that edit as We only know that she had the full team till her last appearance (not for temporary period) and below that I mentioned What about May? She had 7. That's all, I didn't meant to offend anybody, I was just trying to justify my edit. I still think that the last trivia isn't fully true because of May. ♫♪AdyNiz♪♫ 16:12, 4 April 2010 (UTC)
- Like I said, your reasons are strangely worded and don't really make sense. May only had a full team of six for that one episode and her return at the Wallace Cup which is why there is no reason to remove it. The 7 comment makes no sense since you can't have 7 members on your team. --HoennMaster 06:48, 5 April 2010 (UTC)
Pst.
Those are Japanese exclamation marks. !! is not !!. It appears and copypastes as !! because most Japanese websites are encoded so that entry as ! makes for ! when editing. Do not ever alter those exclamation marks. They should be the Japanese style ones in the kana titles. TTEchidna 07:32, 11 April 2010 (UTC)
