Since the template was moved, not deleted. All you have to do is put {{User:BrokenMotor/User Skateboard}} on your userpage. Just remember the userspace policy, and don't edit your userpages too much. - Kogoro | Talk to me - 19:08, 2 October 2009 (UTC)

Wait, now I get it. To get it on your page, type in {{TEMPLATE NAME HERE}} or {{User:USERNAME/NAME HERE}}. If it doesn't have its own page, use the Template:User Template. I've deleted that userwarning of yours. Frankly, it is unacceptable. It is rude and presumptive; I am actually embarrassed to see it being used. The most recent user you warned had made three userspace edits in one day (which is acceptable, btw) following a string of mainspace edits. He has not made a million userspace edits, he has made 18. He has made more edits to the mainspace than the userspace. Sure, it isn't much more, but it is nowhere near enough to blow up in his face about.
