Umbreon and Psychic

I just tried in Emerald, and Umbreon could learn Psychic. Could you try again in XD; if XD's TM learnset is different to RSEFRLG's, that would be very strange. --SnorlaxMonster 14:37, 2 November 2013 (UTC)

I already used the TM, and I don't want to buy another because Poké Coupons aren't easy to get, but I know for a fact that when I booted up the Psychic TM(it was the only TM I had), Umbreon had a big "NOT ABLE!" on its party slot.
