Welcome to Bulbapedia, SaturnMario!
Bulbapedia bulb.png

By creating your account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. Before you jump in, here are some ground rules:

  • Be nice to everyone. It's in the code of conduct.
  • Make good edits. Preview them before you save to make sure they're perfect the first time around.
  • Use wikicode and link templates when adding content to a page.
  • Use proper grammar and spelling, and read the manual of style.
  • You can't create a userpage until you've added to the encyclopedia. It's a privilege. See the userspace policy.
  • Use talk pages to resolve editing disputes. Don't "edit war," or constantly re-edit/undo the same thing on a page.
  • If you have a question about something, be proactive. Take a look at our FAQ. If you're still stuck, ask for help. The staff won't bite.
  • Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.
  • For more handy links, see the welcome portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

Lati@s & Eon duo

Please do not attempt to circumvent the system to move pages. Copy & paste transfer, such as you did to the pages linked in this section's title, is not allowed. If you're unable to move a page, then you're not allowed to move it. If you feel it should be moved, you may mention so on the talk page & by adding {{move}} to the page. As the template is already on the Lati@s page and there is an ongoing discussion about the page's title, you may offer your opinion to the discussion. The move, if approved by the staff will be done in due time. Thanks, - Kogoro - Talk to me - 22:26, 21 November 2011 (UTC)

Sorry about moving those pages.--SaturnMario 17:39, 27 November 2011 (UTC)SaturnMario

Speculation

It's not allowed. Kindly stop. - Blazios talk 21:55, 29 November 2011 (UTC)

Sorry about that. --SaturnMario 21:57, 29 November 2011 (UTC)

Yo.

Could you help me become autoconfirmed?SaturnMario 12:51, 6 December 2011 (UTC)

Make more mainspace edits.--Den Zen 13:02, 6 December 2011 (UTC)

How many edits do I have left?--SaturnMario 00:19, 8 December 2011 (UTC)

There is no way to tell how many edits is needed, it's a number programmed in the software. When you make enough edits it your userspace rights will be unlocked. --Pokemaster97 00:22, 8 December 2011 (UTC)

Userspace limits

Hi. I noticed you have been editing the User: namespace a lot recently. Please don't do it any more, though. Bulbapedia's Userspace policy restricts the amount you can edit your userpage: no more than three edits per day. This policy was instated to prevent strain on our server, and also to promote people helping out in the mainspace. Bulbapedia is an encyclopedia, after all, so help us out by contributing to some articles before coming back to your personal userpage. The more often you edit in the mainspace, the more you will be allowed to edit your userpage. Thanks! --Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 22:08, 8 December 2011 (UTC)

Sorry about that--SaturnMario 22:10, 8 December 2011 (UTC)
That pretty much means don't do it anymore. MaverickNate 22:13, 8 December 2011 (UTC)
If you did not read your last warning, then please read it now. You have edited the User: namespace too much. In the past, no one was allowed to edit their userpages because some users were over-editing their own userpages. Your personal editing privileges can be taken away, so please do not edit your page any more for now. Instead, how about helping contribute to some of Bulbapedia's many articles? Thank you. Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 22:28, 8 December 2011 (UTC)
Yes. With a preview.--SaturnMario 22:35, 8 December 2011 (UTC)

Userspace revoked

After 15 userspace edits in the span of 22 hours and being told three times to stop editing your userspace, your userspace privileges have now been revoked indefinitely. If you wish to have the privileges restored, you will need to make a very large number of helpful mainspace edits, as well as prove to the staff that you will be responsible with the userspace privileges in the future. Thank you, - Kogoro - Talk to me - 22:50, 8 December 2011 (UTC)

OK. I want my priveleges restored so I can edit my userspace stuff.

How many mainspaces should I make?--SaturnMario 22:51, 8 December 2011 (UTC)

There will be no exact number stated. Simply make helpful contributions to the mainspace until the staff decide that your privileges will be restored. - Kogoro - Talk to me - 22:58, 8 December 2011 (UTC)

Information

When you add information not everyone would know, you need to provide a valid source as citation. Otherwise it will just be considered speculation and will be reverted. Adding it back will merely result in edit warring, which is a block-able offense. Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 16:49, 10 December 2011 (UTC)

Yo.

May I please create the unblock template?--SaturnMario 18:25, 19 December 2011 (UTC)

I'm just letting you know that leaving a message about something you want done on your own talkpage will not get you a response. I recommend that you leave a message on one of the Staff members talk pages instead. (An active one anyway). --Pokemaster97 20:42, 19 December 2011 (UTC)

Stone evolutions

Please stop chaging the text in the intro of Pokemon articles. What you are changing it to is much less formal. Werdnae (talk) 20:09, 20 December 2011 (UTC)

Sorry about that. --SaturnMario 20:09, 20 December 2011 (UTC)

Information (continued)

Sorry about that.--SaturnMario 18:26, 14 January 2012 (UTC)

Sockpuppets

Hey, users are only allowed one account here. The account KuhnstylePro matched your account entirely, and has been blocked. Any additional accounts made are Sockpuppets and are against Bulbapedia policy. Do not do this again. Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 00:07, 2 March 2012 (UTC)

Sorry about that.--SaturnMario 03:11, 11 March 2012 (UTC)

Kogoro...

I am sorry that I created the Patrick Sora "Ash" Ketchum redirect. I will not do that again. It will make me blocked from editing Bulbapedia. When I get blocked, I miss you. SaturnMario 05:01, 12 April 2012 (UTC)

Templates

Please note that templates must be created in the Userspace and approved by a Staff member who's an administrator or above before being mainspaced. Templates intended for high use should especially be approved beforehand. Thank you. --Pokemaster97 22:42, 4 June 2012 (UTC)

Alright, I admit it. SaturnMario 19:59, 5 June 2012 (UTC)

Speculation (reply)

I'll never be able to add speculation to pages. SaturnMario (talk) 03:03, 16 July 2012 (UTC)

Trio master edit

I don't know if that was in the spirit of an April 1st prank or just blatant vandalism, but don't do it—or anything similar—again. Luna Tiger * the Arc Toraph 14:48, 1 April 2013 (UTC)

Question

Did I make a very large number of helpful mainspace edits, as well as prove to the staff that I will be responsible with the userspace privileges in the future. SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 17:44, 20 June 2013 (UTC)

Userspace

Why did you revoke my userspace privileges? SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 23:04, 14 December 2013 (UTC)

Rename user

Will you please change "SaturnMario" to "General Xerneas"? I like my new username better. SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 01:48, 22 June 2014 (UTC)

If you need a staff member to do something for you, it is a lot easier to post on their talk page since it's more likely that they'll see the post. In this case, you might want to ask Kogoro. --It's Funktastic~!話してください 01:50, 22 June 2014 (UTC)

Am I Mistaken?

It looked like you were deleting material in one of your edits. CycloneGU (talk) 22:59, 22 May 2015 (UTC)

All right, that's my mistake. Switches are used to change the images over a period of time. If you want to suggest a change to that mechanic, that's something better taken up with staff. For now, I have restored the previous revisions. CycloneGU (talk) 23:05, 22 May 2015 (UTC)
SaturnMario: Be sure to ask an Editorial Board member before making those drastic changes. Thank you. Berrenta (talk) 23:11, 22 May 2015 (UTC)

Hey

If you wish to create a template, either ask staff for permission or create it in your userspace and tag it with {{mainspace}}. As the template Multiple image was created without staff consent, it has been moved to your userspace. Keep that in mind next time you wish to create a new template. Thanks. Berrenta (talk) 23:34, 22 May 2015 (UTC)

Xerneas

The two screenshots in that section both have a cartoon network logo in the lower-right of them. The tag is correct. Your edit has been reverted. Also, typing "WRONG!" comes across kinda rudely, so please be wary in your edit summaries. CycloneGU (talk) 03:03, 18 July 2015 (UTC)

And just as quickly, I checked again and have reverted myself. In addition to the others, there is one in Biology not covered. Disregard my comment about the edit being incorrect. The comment about the edit summary still stands, though. CycloneGU (talk) 03:09, 18 July 2015 (UTC)

Reversed types

I don't know if you've finished already, but I'd like to ask that you stop adding "reversed types" to trivia sections. I don't think they're valid, and I think if you still want to add them, we may need to try to talk it out first. Thanks. Tiddlywinks (talk) 23:29, 5 September 2015 (UTC)

FWIW, I've realized that you were mostly only adding your link, and you weren't adding the trivia newly to most of the pages. I originally just saw the Recent Changes and didn't pay enough attention. Sorry for mistaking you about that. Tiddlywinks (talk) 23:51, 5 September 2015 (UTC)
Yeah, I added those trivias way back when, when there wasn't really any criteria. Now, I'm actually fine with it being removed if the group is too small. As for the page, that is not needed at all. It's far too specific and title should technically include all Pokémon with the same type combination cine they're the reverse of the ones listed.--ForceFire 04:32, 6 September 2015 (UTC)

Page Moves

Page moves, such as your nomination of the Weather trio must be approved by the Editorial Board. We have been working diligently to get through the massive backlog of move, merge, and split candidates, so please be patient. Thank you, - Kogoro - Talk to me - 22:01, 8 October 2015 (UTC)

Again, reversed types

It does not warrant a page as it is really redundant. Also, the Skorupi trivia is notable as there are plenty of Bug/Poison types with bug as their primary types, there aren't many Psychic/Fighting types, so the Meditite and Medicham trivias are not notable.--ForceFire 03:36, 22 October 2015 (UTC)

Major changes to templates

Please do not make any major changes to any templates whatsoever. If you want something changed, discuss it on the talk page. Yes, I know the templates in questions where already in discussion to be changed, but there was no conclusion, and no conclusion does not mean you can just move it. Thank you.--ForceFire 04:56, 6 May 2016 (UTC)

Mega Evolution

...is not an evolution, it is a transformation of the same form. Therefore, it is irrelevant to the table and unnecessary.--ForceFire 03:44, 5 June 2016 (UTC)

New pages

As a rule, please create new pages in your userspace first and put the {{mainspace}} template at the top with status=complete so that staff may approve it.

The page you recently created has been moved to User:SaturnMario/Pokémon Colosseum series for the time being.

Tiddlywinks (talk) 21:05, 10 June 2016 (UTC)

The Preview Button

Instead of editing a page several times in a row, try using the preview button to make sure your edit looks the way you want it to. It's right next to the Save Page button. Please try it out, so as not to clog up the Recent Changes. Also, if you want to edit multiple sections of the page, make sure that you click "edit this page" at the top of the page rather than editing it by section. Thanks! --Carmen (Talk | contribs) 02:09, 29 June 2016 (UTC)

Templates

New templates must be approved by the Editorial Board before being used in the mainspace. Your template has been moved to User:SaturnMario/Template:Confused. If you wish it to be considered, you can add the {{mainspace}} template to the top with the parameter status=complete. I hope you understand. Thanks. Tiddlywinks (talk) 22:59, 30 July 2016 (UTC)

I also want to note that you've been informed about this requirement (and similar things) multiple times before. Please try not to forget it this time. Tiddlywinks (talk) 23:14, 30 July 2016 (UTC)

Trivia

Hi! I've noticed you have a habit of adding trivia to a page, and if someone happens to remove it, later on you revisit the page and add it again. I don't figure you're doing it on purpose, but I'd just like to ask you to try to remember if you've added something once before and not add it again if it's been removed. Thanks! Tiddlywinks (talk) 04:40, 2 August 2016 (UTC)

Block

Your account has been blocked for three days for continuing to make templates in the Template: namespace without Editorial Board approval. You were told here, here, and here that new templates must be made in the userspace and must receive Editorial Board approval to be moved to the Template: namespace. Continuing to disregard direction from staff members will result in your account being blocked for longer durations. - Kogoro - Talk to me - 02:59, 14 October 2016 (UTC)

Dub Titles

You must cite a source for any dub titles you come across, you can't just add them and not expect it to get removed. If you have a source, cite it.--ForceFire 17:11, 16 December 2016 (UTC)

Blocked

Because you have blatantly ignored warnings and messages about type permutation trivia, you have been blocked for a week. Skorupi's trivia is the only one that is notable because there are many Bug/Poison types with Bug as their primary type while Skorupi is the only one to have Poison as its primary type. Every other type permutation has too little members to be notable. It's that simple. If you return to make the same edits again, I will not be so lenient.--ForceFire 02:31, 17 September 2017 (UTC)

Please stop adding a hidden warning for the Skorupi trivia, it's unnecessary. It is only needed when there are multiple users that keep adding/removing stuff, and the only person that has been removing that trivia is you. Thank you.--ForceFire 03:33, 29 September 2017 (UTC)

Bullet points

Why do you insist on adding bullet-pointed lists to prose sections on Eeveelution? Frankly, it looks hideous to have random trivia in each section. If they are put into a prose format, they will at least look less awful. Pumpkinking0192 (talk) 21:26, 1 October 2017 (UTC)

Because I have to check the attributes. SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 21:28, 1 October 2017 (UTC)
I don't see why you can't put them in a prose format while doing so. Pumpkinking0192 (talk) 21:29, 1 October 2017 (UTC)
But I insist on adding bullet-pointed lists to prose sections on Eeveelution to check the attributes. SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 21:33, 1 October 2017 (UTC)
Please do not just add back the bullet points once it was removed, discuss it first. Having bullet points smacked in the middle of the article looks unprofessional, and most of the things you've added can be seen on the template or are more relevant in the individual species articles.--ForceFire 03:51, 2 October 2017 (UTC)
Okay. I’ll just start over. SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 21:01, 2 October 2017 (UTC)

Eight gen

I'm not sure, but I think you've made a few edits basically saying that the seventh gen is over and eight gen is next. In the future, if you want to make such an edit, can I just ask you to hold back on that and ask a staff member about it first? As far as I know, there is no proof. Tiddlywinks (talk) 18:25, 21 April 2018 (UTC)

Well, to SaturnMario's credit, USUM is supposed to be the last main Gen VII games. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 01:23, 22 April 2018 (UTC)
GrammarFreak01, I'm going to ask you to use my talk page if you want to discuss this with me further.
My request still stands for you, SaturnMario. Talk to me or another staff member if you want to make an edit about eigth gen in the future. Tiddlywinks (talk) 13:17, 22 April 2018 (UTC)

Pokemon references

As the article states: "References that simply mention the Pokémon franchise, use a Pokémon catchphrase, or have a Pokémon character or item briefly appear in the background or as a visual gag are listed separately on the list of background references to Pokémon." Using the "gotta catch 'em all" catchphrase is considered a background reference and does not go on the page.--ForceFire 04:00, 3 August 2018 (UTC)

Naganadel

Please stop changing the trivia to add "is a composite number". That is already implied by "not a prime number" and does not need to be explained. If someone doesn't know what the opposite of a prime number is called, they can look it up elsewhere. Thank you.--ForceFire 04:54, 15 September 2018 (UTC)

Blocked, yet again

Since you have a tendency to continue to make edits even after being told to stop, you have been blocked for another week. I already said that you did not need to specify the name of the opposite of a prime number, that's already implied. If someone doesn't know what the opposite of a prime number is, they can click on the link. Next time, actually read your talk page and take your warnings seriously, because your edit and block history very clearly shows that you do neither of those things. If you return to do the exact same kind of edits again, I won't be so lenient.--ForceFire 05:15, 15 November 2018 (UTC)

You have literally just come from a block and you made the same exact same edit that got you blocked, just on a different page. This extends to the opposite as well. Don't change the wording of things just because. It does not matter if one page says "prime power" while the other says "not a prime number", both are saying the exact same thing and users will know what it's talking about.--ForceFire 15:44, 22 November 2018 (UTC)
It's inconsistent, yes, but it doesn't matter since it's not a trivia that is repeated on many articles that consistency is needed. It's only on two articles, consistency is the least concerning thing about it.--ForceFire 15:48, 22 November 2018 (UTC)

Mythical evolutionary line

Please stop changing it to say that Meltan and Melmetal are the only mythical to be part of an evolutionary line, because Phione and Manaphy ARE an evolutionary line. Yes, you can't evolve Phione, but you still need to breed Manaphy to get a Phione, so they count. You seriously need to listen and read the edit summaries, because you clearly have troubles doing so. The next time you decide to disregard this message, you will be moved on.--ForceFire 04:19, 23 December 2018 (UTC)

I've done it

I've made a very large number of helpful mainspace edits by separating the the side series screenshots from the spin-off series screenshots. I want to prove to you that I will be responsible with the userspace privileges in the future. SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 23:06, 17 June 2019 (UTC)

Names in other languages

Names in other languages (including the Japanese names in article intros and names in "In other languages" sections) should come from official sources such as the games, anime, or manga, not from Google Translate. --Abcboy (talk) 23:10, 17 June 2019 (UTC)

Oh, I see. Anyway, I've made a very large number of helpful mainspace edits by separating the the side series screenshots from the spin-off series screenshots. I want to prove to you that I will be responsible with the userspace privileges in the future. --SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 01:07, 18 June 2019 (UTC)

Trivia

Trivia should be short, concise, and to the point. There was no need to expand the trivias you expanded, they were fine the way they were and could be easily understood as is. Speaking of short and concise, there was no need to merge the three points on Dragon's trivia, it makes that one dot point way too large and it just becomes a wall of text. Thank you.--ForceFire 04:52, 13 July 2019 (UTC)

As I said, there is no need to expand the Ice trivia and shift around the Dragon trivia, they were fine the way they were. We do not need to list the specialists on the Ice page, it becomes too wordy/listy and it's something one can see by either looking up or going to the type specialist page. The Dragon trivia didn't need to be moved around. Gen VI having no dragon moves shouldn't be its own bullet point, since it's still talking about movse (which the original bullet point was about).
As you have once again ignored staff warnings, something you have been blocked many times before, you have once again been blocked for a week. If you disagree with something, discuss it first, don't just re-add the changes. Thank you.--ForceFire 16:16, 13 July 2019 (UTC)

Gen VIII leak

Please don't add any info from the Gen VIII leak, even if it is in the sandbox, we are not adding any information from Sword and Shield until after the games come out. Thank you.--ForceFire 14:58, 4 November 2019 (UTC)

Tagging pages for deletion

Pages should not be blanked or redirected, especially if they are still under discussion, without staff approval. --Abcboy (talk) 06:16, 9 February 2020 (UTC)

Does this mean I have to make a proposal? SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 16:10, 9 February 2020 (UTC)

Grouping unrelated trivia points

I've had to tell you this several times in edit summaries before, so I'll put it on your talk page for once: Don't group unrelated trivia points together just because the same entity happens to be the subject of both of them.

For example, on the Gigantamax page, the fact that the only Legendary Pokémon to have a Gigantamax form is Ushifu is entirely unrelated to the fact that the only Pokémon with two Gigantamax forms is Urshifu. It is factually incorrect to call one a sub-point of the other. (The problem with doing so becomes immediately apparent once either of the two points you're trying to group together has a subpoint, such as is the case on the Gigantamax page.) On the Gigantamax page, they both have the same relevance and the same notability, entirely independent of each other. On Ushifu's page, it would make sense to group them together, however.

Please stop doing this in general. This does not only apply to Gigantamax, but that's one particular case you keep changing where the problem is very obvious. --SnorlaxMonster 02:36, 28 March 2020 (UTC)

Does this mean I have to discuss it first by making a proposal? SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 16:25, 29 March 2020 (UTC)

Gen VIII Moves

Hey there, there isn't really a point adding "It is recommended that <move> is forgotten. Once forgotten, <move> cannot be remembered." as it is already listed in the description of the move shown in the section below. To answer the previous two questions you asked, generally yes it is better to make a proposal first. --Spriteit (talk) 01:17, 3 June 2020 (UTC)

Is there a proposal page on any Bulbagarden wiki? SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 14:03, 3 June 2020 (UTC)

Generally, it's the talk page of an affected article or the project page. --Spriteit (talk) 06:05, 13 June 2020 (UTC)
What project page is the proposals page? --SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 15:56, 13 June 2020 (UTC)
Any talk page. If you want to propose something for an episode article, go to the talk page of the article in question or the talk page of Project anime. If you want to propose something regarding moves, go to the project movedex talk page. Whichever one fits the proposal you have in mind.--ForceFire 16:49, 13 June 2020 (UTC)

Changing templates

Please do not change a design of a template without staff approval. If you want to suggest changing the design, you have to go to the talk page and wait for it to get approved. Don't just make the change. Thank you.--ForceFire 05:48, 19 June 2020 (UTC)

Can you please tell me where the proposals page is? --SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 11:05, 19 June 2020 (UTC)
I already answered that in the section above. Any talk page that you feel is appropriate for your proposal.--ForceFire 11:59, 19 June 2020 (UTC)

Thanks! --Mr. Daikon (talk) 23:42, 22 June 2020 (UTC)

Game colors

Colors are created by staff since they will likely be used often and must be crafted with some care. If you would like to suggest some, you may want to ask a staff member directly or something. Tiddlywinks (talk) 00:01, 5 August 2020 (UTC)

Where’s the Proposals policy page? --SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 00:02, 5 August 2020 (UTC)
We don't have a page for "policy proposals". If people want something, they usually bring it up on an appropriate page or one of the project pages or the Editor's Hub or something. Tiddlywinks (talk) 00:08, 5 August 2020 (UTC)
I have an idea: You can create a page for "proposals", similar to how the Super Mario Wiki has a page for "policy proposals". Would that help? --SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 00:12, 5 August 2020 (UTC)
I imagine it would help people who are looking for a "proposals" page, but I have no idea what it'd specifically solve for BP. I myself have never wondered about a "proposals" page. Tiddlywinks (talk) 00:54, 5 August 2020 (UTC)
SaturnMario, you have already asked about a "proposal" page twice, and I have answered that question twice in the above discussions. Stop repeatedly asking the same questions that have already been answered for you. Unless you are somehow expecting a different answer, the answer is always going to be the same: if you have a suggestion, go to the appropriate talk page.--ForceFire 07:09, 5 August 2020 (UTC)

Edit warring

Unless you can show an official source for something like Pokemon in The Crown Tundra, please do not keep adding them back. This seems to be a recurring problem with you. Discussion is welcome. Edit warring is not. Tiddlywinks (talk) 23:46, 1 September 2020 (UTC)

Page moves

You do not merge a page by copy-pasting its contents to a new page. Doing so does not preserve the page history (and violates the copyright of all of the page's editors). The only way to move a page is to use the "move" button at the top of the page. If you are prevented from using the move button, that means that the page has been deliberately protected from being moved, meaning that the staff have made a specific decision to not allow regular users to move the page.

If you want a page to be moved but cannot, ask on the talk page or message a staff member. --SnorlaxMonster 01:05, 17 October 2020 (UTC)

Okay. I'll start over. --SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 01:06, 17 October 2020 (UTC)

Twinkle Tackle

You might want to include it in your recent Trivia unless you have evidence of Twinkle Tackle being used in the anime. In that case its page is lacking information. Itan (talk) 22:30, 7 January 2021 (UTC)

Unused moves trivia

Those types of trivia are only notable if a considerable amount of time has passed. The Gen I moves have them because it's been a long while since they have been introduced, whereas Gen VII was only the last generation. Sure, Z-moves probably won't appear again, but there's always a slight chance they may (especially with how the current series has the characters going from region to region).--ForceFire 05:08, 8 January 2021 (UTC)

Abuse

Hey there. I saw that you recently left a message on Celadonkey's page requesting your userspace editing privileges back. After further review, I went ahead and removed you from abuse so you may edit freely again. My apologies on this being a bit overdue. Remember to keep the Userspace policy in mind as you go about editing. Thanks! --Pokemaster97 16:44, 4 July 2021 (UTC)

Thanks a lot. Now I'll remember to use the preview button while exiting userspace pages, so as to avoid editing many times in a row. --SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 16:47, 4 July 2021 (UTC)

If your edit has been reverted, please don't just add it back with no explanation. The revert will usually include a reason why the edit was undone. If you're reinstating an edit that has already been reverted you must address why you disagree with that reason in your new edit summary. Or even better, you can start a talk page section explaining why you disagree with the reason your edit was reverted.

If you just completely ignore the person who reverted you and put the edit back with no explanation, all you're doing is unconstructive edit warring. --SnorlaxMonster 12:41, 7 July 2021 (UTC)

Trivia

If you are confused as to why your trivia keeps getting removed, do ask. Don't try to be smart and remove similarly worded trivia. Caitlin is Unova's representative Psychic type, even if she was introduced in Gen IV (of which you don't even battle her). That's why your trivia got removed. I've also noted that in my edit summary, which you evidently did not read. Please do pay attention to an edit summary if a user has left one. They generally will have an explanation for the edit. Thank you.--ForceFire 12:15, 9 July 2021 (UTC)

List of original series episodes

Just so you are aware, the decision to split that article has already been declined.--ForceFire 06:01, 11 September 2021 (UTC)

Generation being official

The cast of Detective Pikachu calling the generations by their fan name does not make it official. It's only official if it was actually used by Game Freak or The Pokemon Company. What the castmembers call it has no bearing on it.--ForceFire 15:48, 23 October 2021 (UTC)

The Generation articles are definitely not getting moved. Those are in no way official, and would appear you are basing them off the anime which is blatantly incorrect. Also, the articles relating to Original series are not getting moved period, as I have repeatedly told you. So stop proposing moves for those articles. If you continue to suggest moves to what you personally want the article to be called, you may receive a block. Thank you.--ForceFire 16:28, 23 October 2021 (UTC)
Okay. I'll wait the hard way. --SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 16:33, 23 October 2021 (UTC)

Blocked again

It has been brought to our attention that you continuously add back an edit to the Nintendo Switch pages multiple times over the past three years despite being told multiple times by different mods that the edits are not needed or constructive at all. Due to this, you have been permanently blocked from editing the Nintendo Switch pages as you insist on not listening when admins ask you to not add back an edit at all.

For the time being, you have also been blocked from making edits site-wide for two weeks due to continuous edit warring of those two pages over the past three years. In the future, please do not go out of your way to keep adding back an edit to a page or you may get a permanent block from editing anywhere on the wiki. Thank you. Frozen Fennec 13:51, 27 October 2021 (UTC)

Are you going to add the hidden warnings not to change "both a home console and a handhaled console" to just "home console" on the pages I edit warred for that? I think you mean for two weeks? SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 15:20, 27 October 2021 (UTC)
Anyway, are you protecting the Nintendo Switch pages permanently? SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 15:31, 27 October 2021 (UTC)

Unblock request

I want to be unblocked to regain access to editing the Nintendo Switch pages. Do you have any recommendations so I won't be pernamently blocked? --SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 19:09, 10 November 2021 (UTC)

Pernament block appeal

It's been two weeks since I was permanently blocked from editing the Nintendo Switch pages. I humbly ask if there's a possibility to unblock me. I don't have much to say other than I, of course, have not done a single edit (edit war) since. And it's gone two weeks. I'm not gonna say that I totally think that the Nintendo Switch and its OLED model are considered a home console, but I've matured a lot. In the end, if I'm unblocked, then I will try not to edit war. --SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 22:38, 11 November 2021 (UTC)

I want to regain access to editing the pages eventually in the future if I can show that I'm willing to go to talk pages to discuss edit reversions and showing actual patience, instead of adding content right back to a page or waiting a couple of months to pass by and trying to sneak the edit back in. --SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 01:22, 14 November 2021 (UTC)

Partially blocked

I've been been permanently blocked from editing the creation trio pages due to the failure to discuss before making a major change. What should I do if I wish to have the privileges restored? --SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 21:44, 4 March 2022 (UTC)

Color templates

You have already been told about this, only staff get to decide on the colors. And the colors of the region will be decided once the guidebooks come out.--ForceFire 04:12, 8 August 2022 (UTC)

Just as a reminder...

The split/rename proposal for the original series has already been declined. In the Japan, Kanto/Orange Islands/Johto are all considered part of the same series. It is only in the English dub where Johto is split from the other two. PokemonMasterJamal3 (talk) 08:01, 24 January 2023 (UTC)

Final Appearance

I noticed you added that JN076 was the final appearance of Passimian in the main series anime, we don't include that on any of the Pokemon pages as the main series anime isn't over and even if it was, it doesn't belong on those pages.--BigDocFan, Junior Admin Bulbapedia (talk) 19:30, 26 January 2023 (UTC)

Your userpages

I was tasked with cleaning out the pages to be deleted, and I noticed this page and this page in there. Honestly, I think these are better pages than this one, so I wanted to just double check that you wanted them deleted. Let me know! MaverickNate 14:15, 3 June 2023 (UTC)

I find them useful, so I'm going to remove the tags from the pages. If you do not want them anymore, I can move them to my userspace. MaverickNate 07:37, 19 June 2023 (UTC)

Unblock denial

After further discussion amongst other admins, the blocks to your editing abilities for Category:Hybrid consoles, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch (OLED model), Nintendo Switch Lite, Creation trio and Creation trio (Adventures) have been denied. You have shown very little to no effort to improve your editing skills and made even less of an effort to use the talk pages for discussions at all. Furthermore, as discussed back in 2021, you kept trying to add back in the same edits for three whole years and you have been told by me, Force Fire, Landfish7, and others to utilize the talk page when wanting to have edits made for those pages, something you have proven you are unwilling to do. You have also continuously harassed various admins to be unblocked from those pages every few months as well. As of now, your editing privileges for those pages are permanently gone. As has been stated by many of us, if you want edits done on those pages, take it up on the talk page, we see no reason to allow you to edit those pages at all.

On a separate but related note, should you continue to harass staff members to be unblocked from those pages, you may start being blocked from editing from the overall wiki as begging to be unblocked every few months to make edits to those pages is not a good use of your time. Frozen Fennec 15:04, 19 August 2023 (UTC)

Okay. I'll start over. SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 22:36, 19 August 2023 (UTC)

Generation names

Please do not remove mentions of generation names such as "Generation I" from articles. Discussion has not pointed to a need to move away from that terminology at this time. If you'd like to discuss it here or some other appropriate place, feel free to do so, but do not make any further changes of this nature until there's been a clear consensus in doing so. Thank you. Landfish7 19:20, 26 November 2023 (UTC)

Apologies, I may have acted in haste here. It appears you were only cleaning up the Trivia section. I will restore the changes you have made shortly. Thanks for your patience. Landfish7 19:23, 26 November 2023 (UTC)

Last warning

First off, you have been told numerous times that you are not being unblocked from editing the Nintendo Switch pages or Pokémon of Myth page. Secondly, the fact you continue to ask to be unblocked every few months despite making little to no effort to improve your editing has grown to be a bit tiresome to deal with as well. If an admin, much less multiple admins; tells you to stop trying to appeal blocks, that does not mean wait a couple of weeks or months and then try to appeal it again. You have been begging to be unblocked from those pages since the ban was put in place back in 2021. You did not even wait two weeks before trying to appeal the ban over something you had been doing for three whole years. The fact you keep asking to be unblocked every months shows an unwillingness to improve as an editor, much less listening to any criticism that you have been given. If you decide to keep bothering staff to appeal your block, you will be permanently blocked from making any edits on Bulbapedia. There is nothing stopping you from using Talk pages as you have tried using (albeit incorrectly) recently, you do not need to be unblocked to use the talk pages. If you feel an edit should be made to a page, you can use the talk pages for those pages, we see no reason to unblock you from those pages ever again. Frozen Fennec 21:25, 26 November 2023 (UTC)

Just to be clear, if you feel like a page should be moved, you can still initiate a discussion on the talk page. You do not need to edit the page to add the {{move}} template, someone else can evaluate the reasoning and then append it to the page if deemed appropriate. Your block isn't affecting your ability to constructively edit the wiki. 4iamking 21:55, 26 November 2023 (UTC)
Does this mean I will need to keep making a large number of faithful edits outside of the Nintendo Switch and Pokémon of Myth pages? --SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 00:42, 28 November 2023 (UTC)
Let me say this, the amount of edits doesn't matter if you don't demonstrate an understanding for how you ended up in this situation. If you ever want to be unblocked in the future, know that this will not materialise anytime soon. You would need to demonstrate that you understand why you got blocked, prove that you will avoid repeating such behaviour while also showing otherwise good editing behaviour, and submit a appeal through the proper channels at an appropriate time (and I'm not just talking in a few months from now). If you continue to place frequent appeals through improper channels, know that you are just digging a deeper hole for yourself, when you're currently already on extremely thin ice. In the meantime I would recommend you review our blocking policy among other Bulbapedia policies. 4iamking 01:54, 28 November 2023 (UTC)
To expand a little bit, your goal should not be editing so that you can be unbanned. Your goal should simply be being a good editor. There's no quota you need to fulfill or anything, we just need to see evidence that we can trust you again if there is any chance of us lifting your ban.
As 4iamking said, you will need to improve your behavior. Your past blocks and such have mostly been for continuously adding the same thing to a page, i.e., edit warring. Relatedly, you often haven't listened well when people have tried to tell you that you shouldn't add those things. Therefore, what we need to see from you is improvement of that behavior. If something is removed, instead of editing the page again, try asking about it on a talk page to see if you made some mistake or if you can convince the other person. (4iamking's suggestion to check out our policies in general is also a good idea.)
Finally, I realized the process for appealing after being denied was not quite clear. So I'm informing you now that we have decided that you can submit another appeal 1 year from your last denial. I will use the most recent section above, meaning: do not ask about your block being lifted again until August 19 of 2024. When this time comes, please reach out to a member of the Editorial Board directly on their talk page or via one of the other methods listed under Bulbapedia:Blocking policy#Appealing a block.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask them here or on a relevant talk page. Tiddlywinks (talk) 06:04, 28 November 2023 (UTC)
You mean the Editorial Board's talk page? --SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 15:10, 29 November 2023 (UTC)
On the talk page of any active Editorial board member, it is they who handle any block appeal and make the final decision. 4iamking 17:12, 29 November 2023 (UTC)

Prize Master Pokémon moves

I think "Team Rocket's Pokémon" is shorter and simpler than "A <Pokémon> <character> used from the Rocket Prize Master> while still being true: the Pokémon from that Rocket Prize Master still belong to Team Rocket. What do you think? --FinnishPokéFan92 (talk) 00:03, 16 March 2024 (UTC)

How about "Rocket Prize Master's Pokémon"? --SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 00:05, 16 March 2024 (UTC)
Or maybe "Pokémon (Rocket Prize Master)"? --SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 00:07, 16 March 2024 (UTC)
They can't really be the machine's Pokémon (since they belong to the organization), and the second one doesn't imply ownership. I'd still personally prefer "Team Rocket's <Pokémon>, if possible. Other Team Rocket members have ranks or names that allow them to be differentiated from these Pokémon. --FinnishPokéFan92 (talk) 00:12, 16 March 2024 (UTC)
What is your reasoning for this new naming pattern, if I may ask?.--FinnishPokéFan92 (talk) 00:13, 16 March 2024 (UTC)
I think I'd use "A <Pokémon> <character> used from the Rocket Prize Master" because the fact that there are not only Pokémon that Jessie used from the Rocket Prize Master, but also Pokémon that James used from that mecha. I also think I'd use "A Gulpin from the Rocket Prize Master" since multiple Gulpin were inadvertently sent out by Pelipper. Both cases make more sense to me. Or, if this change makes no sense to you, then how about "<Pokémon> (Team Rocket)"? --SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 00:51, 16 March 2024 (UTC)
Sigh... Your naming idea does make sense given that the same concept is used for borrowed Pokémon and alike, but I've gotten so used to the old style that you trying to edit it now feels jarring to me. --FinnishPokéFan92 (talk) 01:43, 16 March 2024 (UTC)
I also prefer the old style because it's short and less complicated, despite the new style being more accurate to what it's supposed to be. --FinnishPokéFan92 (talk) 01:48, 16 March 2024 (UTC)

Block appeal

Please don't use the talk pages of various pages to request or talk about a block appeal, if you want to ask about a block appeal, you should speak with a member of the admin team.--BigDocFan, Junior Admin Bulbapedia (talk) 16:56, 24 August 2024 (UTC)

Oh. Sorry about that. SaturnMario, his talk and his contributions 17:34, 24 August 2024 (UTC)
