Wakana Minami (Japanese: 美波わかな Minami Wakana) is a Japanese voice actress for the Pokémon anime.
Biography
Minami was born on March 1, 1994, in Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan, and became a voice actress as an adult. She joined the Pokémon anime during Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon, gaining several roles such as Piko and one of the members of Team Electric Princess. Her most notable role so far is that of Sandy, the protagonist of the Where Are You Going, Eevee? shorts who was later caught by Lana. In addition to her work on the anime, Minami has also worked on Detective Pikachu. Minami is currently affiliated with HiBiKi. Formerly associated with Aoni Production.. She used to go by her stage name (Japanese: 金魚わかな Kingyo Wakana).
