Wimp Out is an Ability in the Pokémon games that Wimpod can have. Sand Attack and Aqua Jet are moves in the games that Wimpod can learn, the latter via breeding. Hydro Vortex and Savage Spin-Out are Z-Moves in the games that Wimpod can use by equipping Waterium Z and Buginium Z, respectively.
