At one time, the professor helped at the Game Store in Pokémon Trading Card Game Online, where she gave extensive tutorials on how to play the trading card game. Those tutorials can now be found as a stand alone browser-based program on Pokémon.com. It is unknown if she will return to the Pokémon Trading Card Game Online's Game Store in some capacity in the future.

Her name has not been given nor has her actual position at the Game Store, if she even had any. However, the newsletters of TCGO are signed by a "ProfessorMaven". This possibly may be her name.
