With the start of the XY BREAK Series being the BREAKthrough expansion on November 4, 2015, a vast amount of different promotional boxes, play accessories, and other merchandise were made available to players and collectors of the Pokémon Trading Card Game alike. The following is a chronological list of all TCG related merchandise made available during this Series of the card game.
BREAKthrough Theme Decks
The first products made available for the XY BREAK Series were the two Theme Decks released for the BREAKthrough expansion on November 4, 2015. Featuring Raichu and Noivern respectively, the Burning Spark and Night Striker decks are loosely based on the Japanese Raichu BREAK and Noivern BREAK Evolution Packs. Burning Spark includes Fire-type and Lightning-type Pokémon, while Night Striker includes Psychic-type and Darkness-type Pokémon. Each Theme Deck also contained the typical damage counters, coin, playmat, deckbox, and code card for the TCGO. The featured coins are of Mega Mewtwo.

BREAKthrough Blisters
The BREAKthrough expansion, released November 4, 2015, came with two different pairs of promotional Blister Packs: two Single Pack Blisters and two Three Pack Blisters. For the first time since Primal Clash, not all the cards included are XY Black Star Promos. Each Three Pack Blister comes with a coin, three booster packs, and one of two promotional cards: XY Promo Sableye or Celebi. The Single Pack Blisters comes with one booster pack, a coin, and one of two cards: XY Promo Jirachi or Furious Fists Hawlucha.
Released later during the holiday season were three additional Blister Packs for the BREAKthrough expansion, two featuring a Stage 2 evolutionary family, one booster pack, and a coin, and one featuring Stage 2 Dragon Evolutions, two packs, and a coin. Included in each Single Pack Blister were exclusive Cosmos Holofoils of either Phantom Forces Chandelure or Primal Clash Eelektross. The Two Pack Blister contained Furious Fists Noivern, Phantom Forces Hydreigon, and Primal Clash Flygon. The coin from each pack was any large-sized coin from the XY Series.

BREAKthrough Elite Trainer Boxes
The BREAKthrough expansion features two different Elite Trainer Boxes, one for both Mega Evolutions of the Genetic Pokémon Mewtwo. The one featuring Mega Mewtwo X contains purple packaging and sleeves, with blue dice, while the one featuring Mega Mewtwo Y contains maroon packaging and sleeves with red dice. Each Elite Trainer Box contains a stock of Energy cards, 65 card sleeves themed around the featured Pokémon, 6 damage counter dice, a coin-flip die, two acrylic Special Condition markers, the BREAKthrough Player's Guide for the expansion, and a collector's box.

BREAKthrough Launch Display
The Launch Display for the BREAKthrough expansion also became available starting November 4, 2015. Each display contains 4 of each Theme Deck—Burning Spark and Night Striker—as well as 72 booster packs from the expansion, and 8 each of the two promotional cards included in the BREAKthrough Three Pack Blisters: Sableye and Celebi.

Released on November 4, 2015 with the BREAKthrough expansion was also 4-Pocket and 9-Pocket Portfolios featuring the four booster pack artworks from the BREAKthrough expansion. Mega Blaziken-EX Premium Collection
One of two Premium Collections officially released on November 4, 2015 with the BREAKthrough expansion, the Mega Blaziken-EX Premium Collection featured the Hoenn region Blaziken as a variety of different promotional items. 2015 World Championships Decks
The 2015 World Championships Decks were released on November 18, 2015, a few months after the 2015 World Championships. These four decks were chosen from the 12 Quarter-Finalists split between the 3 age groups from the Championships, each representing a different winning deck archetype used in the tournament. Each Deck comes with a Worlds 2015 themed Deckbox, a booklet about the championships, a non-tournament-legal print of the sixty card deck, and the 2015 World Championships Pin.
The four decks include the decks used by the three champions, with the fourth being Junior runner-up Alejandro Ng-Guzman's Primal Groudon Deck. The other three decks are Junior Champion Rowan Stavenow's The Flying Hammer, Senior Champion Patrick Martinez’s Punches 'n' Bites, and Masters Champion Jacob Van Wagner's HonorStoise.

BREAKthrough Collector Chest
Shortly after the BREAKthrough expansion, the BREAKthrough Collector Chest was released on November 18, 2015. Much like the first Collector Chest released one year prior, the BREAKthrough Collector Chest features Mega Rayquaza and Hoopa Unbound on the front, and contains 5 booster packs, 3 promotional cards featuring Hoopa, Pikachu, and Chespin, a coin, 2 sticker sheets including Legendary Pokémon, a mini album to store cards, a Pokémon notepad, 4 pencils with a unique Pokémon design, and a bonus code card for the Pokémon TCG Online.

Mega Evolution Three Pin Blister
Also available on November 18, 2015 was the Mega Evolution Three Pin Blister. Featuring the Genetic Pokémon Mewtwo, each Mega Mewtwo Collection contains four XY Series booster packs, one of two exclusive Mewtwo XY Black Star Promotional cards, and a figure detailing either Mega Mewtwo X or Mega Mewtwo Y. Due to safety concerns, this pair of promotional boxes were not available in Europe, with the Mega Mewtwo Box taking its place.

Mega Mewtwo Box
The last pair of products released on November 18, 2015 were the two Mega Mewtwo Boxes. Each box contains one of two promotional Mewtwo cards, as well as 3 booster packs and a Jumbo card of either Mega Mewtwo X or Mega Mewtwo Y—M Mewtwo-EX 63/162 or M Mewtwo-EX 64/162. Due to safety concerns, this pair of promotional boxes is available in Europe as a replacement for the North American Mega Mewtwo Collections.

2015 City Championships merchandise
The 2015 City Championships for the 2016 Pokémon Play! season were held throughout North America from November 27, 2015 to January 18, 2016. The merchandise for this set of tournaments continues to feature Hoopa sleeves in both yellow and black, handed out to the top finishers and runners up. Also available to each age division's Champion was an exclusive Champion stamped playmat featuring PLANETA's Zoroark BREAK artwork in place of a Champion trophy. Each participant also received a promotional Cities stamped Mirror Holofoil Parallel City from BREAKthrough.
Staff for the events were presented with a Staff print of the Parallel City promotional card and other unused merchandise from the main events were also presented to them for their efforts.

The Pikachu Premium Pro Binder is a Pikachu-themed leatherette binder released near the end of November by Ultra Pro. It has 360 pockets able to hold cards and features the stock Sugimori Pikachu artwork seen on several other TCG products.

December 2015 Sleeves
Also available in December 2015, a trio of different card sleeves were made available. BREAKthrough Mini Packs
The 3-card Mini Packs for the BREAKthrough expansion, sold exclusively at Dollar Tree stores, were available mid-December 2015. For only one dollar, the packs contained one Common, one Uncommon, and any other one card from the BREAKthrough expansion, along with a promotional advertisement. These promotional advertisements featured the card game on one side, with the other side promoting one of four things: Play! Pokémon, Pokémon TV, Pokémon.com, or the Pokémon anime.

Aurorus-EX Box
Available to Target stores January 3, 2016 and other stores January 20, 2016 was the Aurorus-EX Box Jumbo card collection. The featured Aurorus-EX card was released in Japan as one of the promos for people who participated in the Pokemon Card Gym Tournaments from November 2015-January 2016. The box also contains a code card for the Pokémon Trading Card Game Online, and four booster packs from recent XY expansions, with an emphasis on BREAKthrough.

BREAK Evolution Box
Released on January 4, 2016, the BREAK Evolution Box was the first product featuring promotional prints of the new Ultra Rare, Pokémon BREAK. Each BREAK Evolution Box contains three Pokémon BREAK promotional cards (Empoleon BREAK, Beheeyem BREAK, and Noctowl BREAK), a Jumbo Empoleon BREAK, 5 booster packs, and a code card for the TCGO.

January 2016 Pokémon Center accessories
In mid-January 2016, the online Pokémon Center introduced a number of both previously Japanese-exclusive and English exclusive TCG accessories to the North American audience. Included in the release were playmats, sleeves, deckboxes, and 3-Ring Binders, some of which were part of larger collections of merchandise available on the store.
Playmats: The only playmat newly available for January was the English-exclusive Goomy playmat from the We're Goomy Collection. The playmat displays Goomy in a number of decorated scenarios with various other Pokémon.

Sleeves: The six sets of sleeves released by the Pokémon Center in January 2016 were all originally released in Japan. For the English release, each pack contains 65 card sleeves, and sells for a price of $7.99. Each sleeve received minor tweaks to the copyrights and design from its Japanese counterparts.
- We're Goomy Sleeves: The We're Goomy Sleeves (Japanese: デッキシールド ヌメラだもの。 Deck Shields: Numera Damono), a part of the We're Goomy Collection, were originally available in Japanese Pokémon Centers on March 14, 2015. For their English release, The Japanese text ヘイヘイ was translated into the English Hey Hey, and the Japanese collection name was omitted completely, being replaced with more star graphics.
- Pikachu Tails Sleeves: The Pikachu Tails Sleeves (Japanese: デッキシールド ピカチュウのしっぽ Deck Shields: Pikachu Tails) were initially released in Japan on January 17, 2015. The design features a completely yellow background with Pikachu's stripes and tail. The English release modifies the copyright running across the bottom border.
- Poké Ball Sleeves: The Poké Ball Sleeves (Japanese: デッキシールド モンスターボール柄 Deck Shields: Poké Ball Design) were released alongside the Pikachu Tails Sleeves in Japan on January 17, 2015. They sport the silhouettes of various Pokémon behind a basic Poké Ball design. The English release modifies the text along the bottom border.
- Team Magma and Team Aqua Sleeves: The Team Magma and Team Aqua Sleeves are the only set of sleeves in the group that did not have a Japanese release. Featured in the design are the logos for Team Aqua and Team Magma, as well as silhouettes of Kyogre and Groudon.
- Flygon Sleeves: Originally released to Japanese Pokémon Centers one year prior on January 17, 2015, the Flygon Sleeves (Japanese: デッキシールド 天体観測 Deck Shields: Celestial Observation) feature various Hoenn Pokémon staring up at a starry night sky. The illustration was drawn by sui. The only differences between the two prints are copyrights.
- Dragonite Sleeves: Released in Japan on March 14, 2015, the Dragonite Sleeves (Japanese: デッキシールド カイリュー Deck Shields: Dragonite) were the last of the sleeves available via the English Pokémon Center website mid January 2016. The scene portrayed is of Dragonite flying above a bed of flowers with Altaria and Bagon. The illustration was drawn by Kanako Eo. The only difference between the English and Japanese prints is the copyright information.

BREAKpoint Portfolios
Ultra Pro released a pair of portfolios for the BREAKpoint expansion in February of 2016. The 4-pocket portfolio features the Greninja and Luxray artwork from the expansion's booster packs, while the 9-pocket portfolio features the booster artwork of Shiny Mega Gyarados and Mega Scizor.

Two different BREAKpoint Pin Blisters were released on February 17, 2016. They feature either Shiny Mega Gyarados or Mega Scizor. Each blister contains three BREAKpoint booster packs in addition to the pin.

Mythical Pokémon Collection—Mew
To celebrate the Pokémon 20th Anniversary, several products based around Mythical Pokémon will be released throughout 2016 under the title of Mythical Pokémon Collection. The first product features Mew and was released February 22, 2016. Included are two booster packs of the Generations expansion, which can only be obtained through these products, a promotional Mew card, a pin of the Legendary, New Species Pokémon, and a code card for the TCGO.

Shiny Mega Gyarados Collection
The Shiny Mega Gyarados Collection was released on February 24, 2016. The collection contains four booster packs from recent expansions, a promotional Shiny Gyarados card, a figure of Shiny Mega Gyarados, and a TCGO code card. Like previous figure boxes, this product will not be sold in Europe, being replaced by the Shiny Mega Gyarados Box.

Shiny Mega Gyarados Box
The Shiny Mega Gyarados Collection was replaced in Europe by the Shiny Mega Gyarados Box and was released on February 24, 2016. It features promotional Shiny cards of Gyarados and Magikarp, a Jumbo M Gyarados-EX card, three booster packs of recent expansions, and a code card for the TCGO.

Mythical Pokémon Collection-Celebi
The Mythical Pokémon Collection-Celebi is the 2nd of several products based around Mythical Pokémon in order to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Pokémon. This product features Celebi and was released March 1, 2016. Included are two booster packs of the Generations expansion, which can only be obtained through these products, a promotional Celebi card, a pin of the Legendary, Time Travel Pokémon, and a code card for the TCGO.

Charizard-EX Red & Blue Collection
The Charizard-EX Red & Blue Collection is the first of several products based around the starters of Pokémon Red & Blue and Pokémon Yellow (Pikachu) in order to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Pokémon. This product features Charizard and was released March 19, 1016. Included are four booster packs of the Generations expansion, which can only be obtained through these products or through the Mythical Pokémon Collection Boxes, a promotional Charizard card, a sculpted figure of Charizard, and a TCGO code card.

Charizard-EX Red & Blue Box
The Charizard-EX Red & Blue Collection was replaced in Europe by the Charizard-EX Red & Blue Box and was released on March 19, 2016. Mythical Pokémon Collection - Jirachi
Jirachi is the third of the products in the Mythical Pokémon Collection based around Mythical Pokémon in order to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Pokémon. The box was released on April 1, 2016. Included are two booster packs of the Generations expansion (only obtainable through these products and the Red and Blue Collection), a promotional Jirachi card, a Jirachi pin, and a code card for the TCGO.

Mega Mawile-EX Premium Collection
Releasing on May 2, 2016 will be the brand new Premium Collection, focused on the Fairy-type Pokémon, Mawile. With the same amount of merchandise as the Mega Aerodactyl-EX Premium Collection, the Mega Mawile-EX Premium Collection contains 6 booster packs from recent XY Series expansions, a Mega Mawile coin and pin, a code card for the TCGO, a Mawile-EX promotional card, Mawile Spirit Link, and a M Mawile-EX promo as both a regular card and Jumbo card.
