Trivia
- This is the only one of Alola's main islands which does not have a meadow. The island's nectar can instead be found at Royal Avenue. Despite the location not being in the game, a location header called "Akala Meadow" exists in the game data.
Origin
Akala Island's real-life counterpart is the Hawaiian island of Maui. Pink is the island's official color[1].
