Route 10 (Japanese: 10番道路 Route 10) is a route on Alola's Ula'ula Island, connecting Malie City and Mount Hokulani, which can only be reached using the Exeggutor Express bus.
Route description
Route 10 is a simple, straightforward route from Malie City to the base of Mount Hokulani. It is sided by patches of tall grass and trees. These trees may occasionally rustle, meaning that a Flying-type Pokémon is hiding in them, and will fly out and attack anyone who gets too close. About halfway through the route, a female Trial Guide heals the player's Pokémon if talked to.
At the end of the route stands a bus stop for the Exeggutor Express bus line. After the player has met Acerola in the Malie Library, two Team Skull Grunts will appear at the bus stop, trying to steal it. After they have been defeated, Professor Kukui will join the player, accompanying them on their first visit to Mount Hokulani. Starting at this point, the player can board the bus at any time by interacting with the bus stop sign.
Near the Malie City entrance, an old lady will ask the player to find her eight Stufful, which have scattered all across the route. When the player finds a Stufful, interacting with it will make it return to its owner. Once all the Stufful have been found, the lady will reward the player with a Never-Melt IceSM/Muscle BandUSUM and $15,000.

Dropped after ambush encounters
Sometimes, after a Pokémon from a rustling tree is defeated or caught, it will drop an item.
Berry pile
The Berry pile can have two sizes: a small pile that yields three random Berries or a large pile that yields four to five Berries. The first Berry in a large pile is fixed. In large piles, the player will always find a high level Crabrawler hiding among the Berries that the player must defeat in order to collect them; small piles only occasionally have low level Crabrawler hiding among the Berries. The Berry pile regenerates daily.

Pokémon Adventures
Route 10 first appeared in The Truth and Island Kahuna Hapu. Gladion, Professor Kukui, Molayne, Sophocles, and Acerola battled a Celesteela and Guzzlord there in an attempt to prevent the two from reaching Hokulani Observatory, which was being used as a shelter for innocent civilians to escape the danger caused by the outbreak of Ultra Beasts around Alola. Although the two Ultra Beasts managed to break through the route gate, Gladion was able to defeat them with his Type: Null before they could reach the observatory.
