The Balm Mushroom (Japanese: かおるキノコ Fragrant Mushroom), formatted BalmMushroom prior to Generation VI, is a valuable item introduced in Generation V.
In the core series games

In the Generation V games, the BalmMushroom can be sold to the gourmet maniac on Route 5 for $25000.
In Pokémon Sword and Shield, the Balm Mushroom can be sold to the valuable item buyer in Stow-on-Side for $25,000.
Effect
The Balm Mushroom serves no practical purpose other than to be sold.
