This article is incomplete. Please feel free to edit this article to add missing information and complete it. Reason: Generations VIII |
Some Pokémon are diurnal Pokémon, which means they appear more frequently in the wild during the day, or do not appear at all unless it is daytime. This only applies to Generation II, Generation IV, Generation VII, Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl and Generation IX, where time is a major feature.
A colored background means that the Pokémon can be found in that location in the specified game. A white background with colored text means that the Pokémon cannot be found there.

All Pokémon that are diurnal in Scarlet and Violet are also matutinal; while the game makes distinction between morning and day, all of the probability weight values are the same for these two periods.
