These are the full parties of the Elite Four and Champion that are found at the Indigo Plateau in the Generation I games Pokémon Red, Blue, and Yellow.

Lorelei has two Super Potions per Pokémon, using them 50% of the time if their HP falls below 20%.



Bruno

Bruno has two X Defends per Pokémon, using them randomly 25% of the time.



Agatha

Agatha will switch her current Pokémon 7.8125% (20/256) of the time. Additionally, she has two Super Potions per Pokémon to use 42.1875% (108/256) of the time when their HP falls below 25%.



Lance

Lance has one Hyper Potion per Pokémon, using it 50% of the time if their HP falls below 20%.



Blue

Blue has one Full Restore per Pokémon, using it 12.5% of the time if their HP falls below 20%.
