(Japanese: 結晶塔の帝王 ENTEI Emperor of the Crystal Tower: Entei) is the manga adaptation of the movie of the same name. Like other manga adaptations of the movies, the manga first appeared in an issue of CoroCoro. The manga was written by Toshio Tanigami.

Differences between the anime and the manga
- The manga does not include the Hale family's maid, David, Schuyler, Lisa, Team Rocket, Liza, Nurse Joy, and Officer Jenny.
- Molly Hale remains the same age and doesn't transform into an older version of herself to take on Misty and Brock in the manga.
- Ash's Cyndaquil uses Flame Wheel, a move that it would not learn until An Old Family Blend! almost a decade later, and Ash's Totodile uses Hydro Pump, a move it has never been seen using in the anime.
- Ash's Charizard does not return from the Charicific Valley to help Ash against Entei.
