Ruby is too distracted at the sight of {{adv|Wally}} in the crowd to move until [[Gabby and Ty]] inform him that he has to enter the Tough and Smart Contests. Later, Ruby has succeeded in beating all of the Contests, but he continues to look for Wally in the crowd of people.

As Ruby looks into the crowd, the announcer names him the winner of the Beauty Contest. Ruby is too distracted at the sight of Wally in the crowd to move until Gabby and Ty inform him that he has to enter the Tough and Smart Contests.
