Double Trouble with Dialga and Palkia I (Japanese: VS ディアルガ&パルキアI VS Dialga & Palkia I), titled VS Dialga & Palkia I in the Chuang Yi translation, is the 411th chapter of the Pokémon Adventures manga, and the 74th chapter of the Diamond & Pearl arc.
It is subtitled Fate and Spear Pillar (Japanese: 運命とやりの柱 Destiny and the Spear Pillar) in the VIZ Media translation and Destiny and Spear Pillar in the Chuang Yi translation.
Plot
Cynthia appears in the room that previously held the Lake guardians, and notices Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum unconscious on the floor with their Pokémon. She rushes over to them as they begin to wake up, and they begin to recognize each other.
Pearl and Platinum tell her that they helped release the three Legendaries, which had caused a bright flash of light. Diamond explains that in order to do it, they had to sacrifice their Pokédexes to the Advanced level Grunt to distract him for long enough to press the release buttons.
Cynthia praises their work, having had a suspicion that they would end up facing Team Galactic again after having dealt with them before in Celestic Town.
