Shore Up (Japanese: すなあつめ Sand Gather) is a non-damaging Ground-type move introduced in Generation VII. It is the signature move of Sandygast and Palossand.

Effect

Generation VII

Shore Up restores the user's current HP based on the weather in the battle. Outside of a sandstorm, it restores ½ total HP; during a sandstorm, it restores ⅔ total HP, rounded down.

If powered up by a Groundium Z into Z-Shore Up, all of the user's lowered stats are reset.

Generation VIII

Pokémon Sword and Shield
