Stormfront is the name given to the seventh and final main expansion of the Diamond & Pearl Series of the Pokémon Trading Card Game. In Japan, it was released as Intense Fight in the Destroyed Sky, the sixth and final expansion in the Pokémon Card Game DP Era. It is based on Diamond and Pearl, featuring Generation IV Pokémon. The English expansion was released on November 5, 2008, while the Japanese expansion was released on July 10, 2008. Intense Fight in the Destroyed Sky was released in anticipation of Giratina and the Sky's Bouquet: Shaymin, the eleventh Pokémon movie which premiered on July 19, 2008, nine days after the release of the expansion. Stormfront is composed of its Japanese equivalent as well as the Giratina vs Dialga Deck Kit.
Stormfront introduced retro cards, cards that were originally released in Base Set, Jungle, and Wizards Black Star Promos, and were updated with new artwork by the same artist, and modernized card layout and card text. They were included as Secret cards. Shiny Pokémon made its return as a subset and were numbered with a SH (SH#). They were also included as Secret cards. The Japanese print featured Starlight Holofoil, while the English print was Reverse Holofoil. The Japanese print of Pokémon LV.X in this expansion featured a Glossy overlay overtop their Cosmos Holofoil.
Japanese prints of all Pokémon card lacked the Pokédex entry due to several of the cards containing too much card text for one to be fit on the card. The English print lacked the Pokédex entry only if the Pokémon had an attached Item or more than three items of text. The standard card numbering system made its return for Japanese expansion and was put in place since.

Information
Stormfront is the name given to the seventh and final main expansion of the Diamond & Pearl Series of the Pokémon Trading Card Game. In Japan, it was released as Intense Fight in the Destroyed Sky, the sixth and final expansion in the Pokémon Card Game DP Era. It is based on Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, featuring Generation IV Pokémon.
