Pocket Monsters Sound Anime Collection (Japanese: ポケットモンスター サウンド・アニメコレクション 音楽集 名場面集)(TGCS-489) is a CD that was released in Japan on June 10, 1998. It contains the original Pokémon anime theme, Aim to Be a Pokémon Master as well as numerous pieces of background music, many of which were adapted from Pokémon Red and Green. At the end of each track, there is a Pokédex entry describing the nature and events of the song.
The resident composer of this soundtrack is Junichi Masuda and the arranger is Shinji Miyazaki.
