BubbleBeam (Japanese: バブルこうせん Bubble Beam) is a damage-dealing Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation I.
Effect
BubbleBeam does damage and has a 10% chance of lowering the target's speed by one stage.
In Stadium, BubbleBeam has a 30% chance of lowering the target's Defense.
