Flail (Japanese: じたばた Wriggling) is a damage-dealing Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation II. It can be considered the inverse of Eruption and Water Spout.
Effect
Flail inflicts damage and will inflict greater damage when the user's HP is low. The Base Power of Flail is calculated as follows:

Pokémon Mystery Dungeon
Flail does 2x damage if the user is under 75% health, 4× damage if the user is under 50% health, and 8× damage if the user is under 25% HP.
