Mega Punch (Japanese: メガトンパンチ Megaton Punch) is a damage-dealing Normal-type move introduced in Generation I. It was TM01 in said generation.

It appears to be a counterpart to Mega Kick, being the same type and having a similar name.

Effect

Mega Punch deals damage and has no secondary effect.

Description

Games Description A Normal-type attack move. It is highly accurate and relatively powerful. A powerful punch thrown very hard. RSE A strong punch thrown with incredible power. FRLG The foe is slugged by a punch thrown with muscle-packed power. The target is slugged by a punch thrown with muscle-packed power.
