Shore Up (Japanese: すなあつめ Sand Gather) is a non-damaging Ground-type move introduced in Generation VII. It is the signature move of Sandygast and Palossand.
Effect
Shore Up restores the user's current HP based on the weather in the battle. Under normal conditions, it restores ½ total HP, and during a sandstorm, it restores ⅔ total HP.
If powered up by a Groundium Z into Z-Shore Up, all of the user's lowered stats are reset.
