Dive is a Water-type move introduced in Generation III that deals a small amount of damage.
Effect
In battle
Hides one turn to become completely invulnerable, then strikes the next turn. When using Dive, and your opponent uses surf it does double damage.
Outside of battle
Allows players to go underwater in specific spots when they are Surfing. The only spot these spots have been found so far is in Hoenn.
