A part of the user's body glows white and it emits a sound with blue waves which lowes the foe's special defense stat.

Aggron The two horns on Aggron's head starts to glow white and they move back and forth quickly, causing a lound ringing sound to be released. The horns then release light blue soundwaves from them at the opponent, lowering their special defense. Any Pokémon that hears the sound gets a loud ringing sound that echoes in their ears as well.
