Bulk Up (Japanese: ビルドアップ Build-up) is a non-damaging Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation III.
Effect
Bulk Up raises the user's Attack stat and Defense stat by one stage each. | Due to its effect it appears to be the complementary move to Superpower.
