Weavile battled against a Champion and Ash, weakened a wild Pokémon and made three cameos. And their own pages were deleted because they weren't notable enough. It's not the end of the world if a Pokémon doesn't have a page, the {{TrainerPoké}} template can have all the same information as an own page.
