Weavile battled against a Champion and Ash, weakened a wild Pokémon and made three cameos. And their own pages were deleted because they weren't notable enough. It's not the end of the world if a Pokémon doesn't have a page, the {{TrainerPoké}} template can have all the same information as an own page. So I've been around pages, and Move Tutor templates list all 3 Kyurem and both of Meloetta's Formes. But for what reason? The species pages don't list them as having different movesets. (Deoxys Formes do have different movesets, but not Kyurem's or Meloetta's.) - the only place that should list that is Draco Meteor as it's teachable in BW, where Kyurem Formes don't exist.
