The Grass Egg Group (Japanese: 植物グループ Plant Group), known prior to Pokémon Diamond and Pearl as the Plant Egg Group, is one of the fifteen Egg Groups. As of Generation IX, 87 Pokémon belong to this group.
Characteristics
Most Grass-type Pokémon fall into this Egg Group, making its characteristics similar to that of the Grass type itself. As expected, most members are based on various kinds of plants or fungi. Every member of this Egg Group except Comfey is Grass-type.
