Iron Head (Japanese: アイアンヘッド Iron Head) is a damage-dealing Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation IV.
Effect
Iron Head inflicts damage and has a 30% chance of causing the target to flinch.

Pokémon
Aggron. Aggron's head glows white. Aggron then charges at the foe with its head lowered
- Used by a construction worker's Aggron in Bibarel Gnaws Best!. Debut.
Bastiodon. Bastiodon's entire body glows white, similar to Head Smash as it charges towards the foe.
- Used by Byron's Bastiodon from Ancient Family Matters! to present.
Registeel. Registeel's entire body glows white, then charges towards the foe.
- Used by Brandon's Registeel in DP128.
