Toxel (Japanese: エレズン Erezun) is a dual-type Electric/Poison baby Pokémon introduced in Generation VIII.
It evolves into Toxtricity starting at level 30. The form it evolves into depends on its Nature.
- Toxel evolves into Toxtricity Amped Form if its Nature is Hardy, Brave, Adamant, Naughty, Docile, Impish, Lax, Hasty, Jolly, Naive, Rash, Sassy, or Quirky.
- Toxel evolves into Toxtricity Low Key Form if its Nature is Lonely, Bold, Relaxed, Timid, Serious, Modest, Mild, Quiet, Bashful, Calm, Gentle, or Careful.

Toxel is a small, purple, lizard-like Pokemon. It has a set of four small spikes, two around the top of its head while the other two are on each side of its head, and a large, white mark is located on the front of its forehead that resembles a voltage. It has 2 appendages on its arms and legs, with 3 paws, and a white colored belly.

Toxel resembles a humanized baby lizard wearing a diaper. It may also be a reference to Baby Sinclair, a character from the 90's sitcom Dinosaurs.
