(Japanese: ドリュウズ Doryuzu) is a dual-type Ground/Steel Pokémon introduced in Generation V.
It evolves from Mogurew starting at level 31.
Biology
Physiology
Doryuzu is a dark-colored, apparently bipedal mole-like Pokémon. It has a tapered, pink-tipped snout and a white face. It has large, gray-colored, jagged features on its head and forelimbs, which may be described as looking like axes. Doryuzu sports red diamond patterning on the side of its head, forelimbs, and legs, and larger, stripe-like patterns of red on its underside.

Its drills are powerful enough to drill through iron plates.
Behavior
Doryuzu create maze-like burrows 100 meters underground and also open holes in subway tunnels. It puts a lot of effort into constructing its tunnels.

Doryuzu is based on a mole with characteristics of digging tools such as shovels and drills.
Name origin
Its name is likely a combination of ドリルズ Doriruzu, drills, and 竜 ryū, dragon, the reading of the second kanji on 土竜 mogura, mole, when by itself.
