Metal Claw (Japanese: メタルクロー Metal Claw) is a damage-dealing Steel-type move introduced in Generation II. It is TM031 in Generation IX.

Effect

Metal Claw deals damage and has a 10% chance of raising the user's Attack stat by one stage.

Metal Claw can be used as the second move of a Pokémon Contest combination, with the user gaining 4 bonus appeal points if Metal Sound was used in the previous turn.

Pokémon UNITE

In Pokémon UNITE, Metal Claw is Duraludon's second move. The user sends sharp claws forward; dealing damage to enemies hit and decreasing their movement speed for a short time. After this move is used, the user's next basic attack becomes a boosted attack. After reaching level 7, this move is replaced by either Dragon Tail or Stealth Rock.
