Trivia
- No other Pokémon has the same egg group combination as Iwaparesu and its pre-evolution.
- Like several other Pokémon, Iwaparesu learns only Physical and Status moves by level up and breeding.
- Iwaparesu has a lower base Speed than its pre-evolution.
Origin
Iwaparesu is based on a hermit crab. Its shell resembles a block of stratum than an actual shell, though the design also seems to resemble ornately-colored hermit crab shells.
Name origin
Iwaparesu may come from 岩 Iwa, rock and パレス paresu, palace, or プレス, press.
