Route 7 (Japanese: 7ばんどうろ Route 7) is a Route located in western Unova. Its southern terminus is at Mistralton City and its northern terminus is Twist Mountain. The Celestial Tower is located at its center.
This route is notable for having raised walkways that the player can use to avoid the tall grass. Staying idle for too long while on them will cause the player to fall off. Harlequins can be found using these walkways and will challenge to player for a Pokémon battle when closely facing them.
After the player has earned the Legend Badge, there will be a big storm on Route 7. Going to the second house on the route during the storm will cause a lady to come out and invite you into her house. She will then start talking about a Pokémon that causes great storms. Upon exiting the house, this Pokémon will confront the player, but not battle.
