Trivia
- Aura Sphere is mostly recognized for being used by Lucario and the most recognized of the moves that use aura.
- Of all the moves which cannot miss, Aura Sphere is one of only three which do not have 60 power, the other two being Vital Throw and Clear Smog. In addition, Aura Sphere is the one with the highest power.
- Aura Sphere, along with other moves with "Pulse" in their name (Dark Pulse, Dragon Pulse, Heal Pulse, Water Pulse) are the only non-Flying-type moves that can hit a non-adjacent Pokémon. Also, their Japanese names (including Aura Sphere) contain はどう wave/pulse.
- Mienfoo is the only unevolved Pokémon that can learn Aura Sphere via level-up.
