Description

Games Description Spores that cling to the target, sharply reducing the opponent's Speed. Sharply reduces the foe's Speed. RSE Spores cling to the foe, sharply reducing Speed. FRLG Cotton-like spores cling to the foe, sharply reducing its Speed stat. Spores cling to the target, sharply reducing Speed.
