Cotton Spore (Japanese: わたほうし Cotton Spore) is a non-damaging Grass-type move introduced in Generation II.
Effect
Generation II to IV
Cotton Spore lowers the target's Speed stat by two stages, and has an accuracy of 85.
Generation V
The accuracy of Cotton Spore is increased to 100.
