The Rotom Bike (Japanese: ロトムじてんしゃ Rotom Bike) is a Key Item introduced in Generation VIII.

Effect

The Rotom Bike allows the player to travel faster on land. After being upgraded with Water Mode, it also allows them to ride on water.

In The Isle of Armor, the player can also change their bike's appearance to a "Sparkling White" or "Glistening Black" design, both of which come with particle effects resembling Shiny Pokémon and fully upgraded speed. The player can switch between the base Water Mode and the two alternatives at any time.

Description

Games Description
SwSh Land Mode: This bike can be combined with the Pokémon Rotom to use a turbo boost.
Water Mode: This bike can be combined with the Pokémon Rotom to not only do a turbo boost but also run on the water.
Sparkling White: This bike can do a turbo boost and run on the water using Rotom's power. It's a sparkling white that shines brilliantly.
Glistening Black: This bike can do a turbo boost and run on the water using Rotom's power. It's a glistening black that shines reddish-black.

Rotom Bike was introduced as an Item card in the Pokémon Trading Card Game during the English Sword & Shield Series (the Japanese Sword & Shield Era). It was first released in the Japanese V Starter Set Lightning. It later appeared in the Japanese Sword expansion before debuting in English in the Sword & Shield expansion, with artwork by 5ban Graphics. It allows the player to draw cards until they have six in their hand, then their turn ends.
