Baby-Doll Eyes (Japanese: つぶらなひとみ Round Eyes) is a non-damaging Fairy-type move introduced in Generation VI.
Effect
Baby-Doll Eyes lowers the target's Attack stat by one stage. It has a priority of +1, so is used before all moves that do not have increased priority.
If powered up by a Fairium Z into Z-Baby-Doll Eyes, the user's Defense stat rises by one stage.
Other Effects
An Eevee knowing this move will evolve into Sylveon when in Generation VI and VII leveled up with two hearts of affection or when leveled up with a high freindship in Generation VIII.
