Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

A Lechonk with the Flying Tera type was released in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet via distribution cards available at game stores while supplies last. The cards can be received at GameStop (US, Canada), EB Games (Australia, New Zealand),[4] and Nintendo New York.[5] The Tera Type is a reference to the idiom "when pigs fly",[3] which denotes that something is impossible to occur.

Pokémon GO

An event titled April Fowl's Day was held on April 1, 2023, from 13:00 to 19:00 local time. During the event, Pidgey appear more frequently in the wild, with a greater chance for XXS and XXL-sized Pidgey to appear; special event-themed Field Research are also available. A Special Research can also be claimed for free on April 1, 2023, from 15:00 to 23:59 local time.[6]

Pokémon UNITE

A login bonus featuring Lechonk-themed stickers, frames, and other items is made available from March 31, 2023, 02:00 PDT (09:00 UTC) until April 17, 2023, 17:00 PDT (April 18, 2023 00:00 UTC).

Pokémon Masters EX

A special event named Metronome Day occured in which players were challenged to battle with a preset team of three LV. 50 Togepi, with each participating Pokémon having Metronome as its only move.

Fansites

The Cave of Dragonflies put up a fake theory page about how the imagined Pokémon seen in the Scarlet Book is actually a fusion of the Legendary beasts that the webmaster created. This theory considered Walking Wake to be an imposter Suicune, and proposed designs for hypothetical Paradox Pokémon versions of Entei and Raikou that were also impersonating the originals. A second joke followed on the official Lechonk theme by changing all of the images in the site's Favorite Pokémon Picker feature to be of Lechonk.[7]
