Borosue

(Japanese: ボロスエ Borosue) is a character who appeared in Pocket Monsters the Movie: I Choose You! Remix. He is a member of Team Skull.

History

Borosue is first seen with a group of Team Skull Grunts terrorizing a young boy named Ken. The group intended to tear down a dojo belonging to Ken's late grandfather so that they may erect a bronze statue of Borosue in its place. Ken was saved by Marshadow, who used its ability to move through shadows to easily defeat Borosue's Machamp, forcing him and the Grunts to flee.

Later, Borosue and the Grunts feast at their secret hideout while making plans to raid Ken's grandfather's dojo the next morning. They are interrupted by Marshadow, who proceeds to begin attacking everyone. Borosue and the Grunts retaliate by sending out a total of one hundred Pokémon to fight Marshadow. When Ken arrives at the hideout, he is shocked to find that Marshadow managed to take out each Pokémon. Borosue commends Marshadow for its strength, but sends out a Gyarados after noting that Marshadow must be exhausted after fighting so many Pokémon at once.

Gyarados easily bests the tired Gloomdweller Pokémon, forcing Ken to step in to defend Marshadow. Marshadow, impressed by Ken's courage to defend it despite knowing he has no chance of victory, hands Ken a Marshadium Z to put in his Z-Ring. With the Z-Crystal, Ken has Marshadow activate Soul-Stealing 7-Star Strike, easily defeating Borosue's Gyarados.

Machamp is Borosue's first known Pokémon. It was first used to attack Ken at a forest. Ken was saved by the appearance of Marshadow, who used its powers to easily defeat Machamp, forcing Borosue to recall it and escape.

None of Machamp's moves are known.

Gyarados
Borosue's Gyarados
Debut ICYR2

Gyarados is Borosue's second known Pokémon. It was first used to battle Marshadow at Team Skull's secret hideout. Due to Marshadow being exhausted after fighting a large group of Pokémon, Gyarados easily had the advantage. With Ken's Z-Ring and Marshadium Z, Marshadow defeated Gyarados with a Soul-Stealing 7-Star Strike.

Gyarados's only known move is Hydro Pump.

Borosue has at least one more Pokémon, as he was seen contributing to the group of one hundred Pokémon that attacked Marshadow.
