Foothill Town (Japanese: フタバタウン Futaba Town) is a small animated series-exclusive town in Hoenn that was visited by Ash and his friends in Delcatty Got Your Tongue. It is located between Mauville City and Verdanturf Town.

While on their way to Verdanturf Town for May's next Pokémon Contest, Ash and his friends were confronted by Team Rocket. They battled them, but during the battle, May's Skitty got injured by the smoke of Ash's Torkoal. They defeated Team Rocket and hurried themselves to find the nearest Pokémon Center to get help for Skitty.

They hoped to find one in Foothill Town, but they learned from a local that the town lacks a Pokémon Center. They did, however, find out that there is a Pokémon Clinic at the edge of the town, run by Dr. Abby, a Pokémon Doctor who specializes in natural medicine and a Top Coordinator. After helping Skitty regain its voice, Abby sat down to chat with the group and revealed that she won the Hoenn Grand Festival. She later helped Skitty to learn Blizzard.
