The Pixie Plate (Japanese: せいれいプレート Spirit Plate) is a type of held item introduced in Generation VI. It is a Key Item in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. It is one of the Plates, which are associated with Arceus.

Effect

In battle

Boosts the power of the holder's Fairy-type moves by 20%. If the holder uses Judgment, it becomes a Fairy-type move.

Multitype changes an Arceus holding this item to its Fairy-type form. Item manipulating effects (such as Trick and Fling) cannot give Arceus a Plate or remove a Plate from Arceus.

Outside of battle

Multitype changes an Arceus holding this item to its Fairy-type form.

In Pokémon Legends: Arceus, the Pixie Plate can used from the satchel on Arceus, changing it to the Fairy type.

The Pixie Plate can be read, and has the following engraving: "The Original One is in all things. The Original One is nowhere at all."

When used on a certain Pokémon, it allows that Pokémon to gain the power of the Fairy type. SV An item to be held by a Pokémon. This stone tablet is imbued with the essence of fairies and boosts the power of the holder’s Fairy-type moves.

Trivia

• The Pixie Plate is the only Plate that is obtainable in Pokémon Sword and Shield, likely due to it being the only obtainable held item at the time that boosts the power of Fairy-type moves.
