Starmobile
The Starmobiles (Japanese: スターモービル Starmobile) are vehicles used in battle by the squad bosses of Team Star. These vehicles are encountered in the ★ Starfall Street ★ storyline of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.
Description
Each Starmobile is powered by Pokémon: a Revavroom sits in the hood and controls the vehicle, while two Varoom are located on the back, acting as rear wheels. Additionally, according to Mela, the Starmobiles are fueled by evolved forms of Charcadet. Ortega is the creator of the Starmobiles.

Battling
In battle, the Starmobiles are named "<Squad Name> Starmobile" (e.g. "Segin Starmobile"), as seen in their health bar; however, the battle texts refer to them simply as "Revavroom" (e.g. "The opposing Revavroom used Wicked Torque!"). The Starmobiles are immune to all negative status conditions, volatile or otherwise. Their types cannot be changed by moves such as Soak. All of their moves can be used without PP limitations. Transform fails if used on a Starmobile, and Imposter does not activate.
Starmobiles are not technically proper forms of Revavroom,[1] as the game essentially overwrites the last opponent that was knocked out, and directly modifies their stats, Nature, types, Abilities, and moves. As a result, the Starmobiles have no IVs or EVs, and have stats that are out-of-bounds for a typical Revavroom of similar level. Instead, they have the following custom properties:

The stats shown above are the exact stats, not base stats. The values are custom set rather than derived from base stats, level, Nature, IVs, and EVs.

In the anime
Pokémon: Paldean Winds
The Caph Starmobile appeared in Take a Breath. The Starmobile acted wild after the leading Revavroom had been confused by a wild Squawkabilly, which resulted in it dashing around the Caph Squad's Base until Eri snapped it out of its confusion by feeding it a Lum Berry.
In the manga
Pokémon Adventures
Scarlet & Violet arc
The Segin Starmobile appeared during Violet's raid of Segin Squad's Base in PASV05. Its appearance made Violet initially assume that he was to race Giacomo, until the Team Star Boss clarified that their confrontation was to be a Pokémon battle. After defeating Giacomo's Pawniard, Violet was surprised to see the Starmobile entering the battle as a member of his opponent's team. Thanks to the Tera Orb he had received from Clive shortly beforehand, Violet was able to Terastallize his Nymble, allowing its powered-up Bug Bite to defeat the Starmobile.
In the TCG
The Schedar Starmobile makes an appearance in the Full Art special illustration rare print of Revavroom ex, released in the Obsidian Flames expansion.
Trivia
- Starmobiles are most likely based on dekotora, a Japanese style of modifying trucks with elaborate stainless steel parts, murals, and LED lights.
- The Starmobiles share a naming scheme with that of the Team Star squads, in that both are named after the stars of the constellation Cassiopeia.
- The Navi Starmobile is the only Starmobile that shares a type with Revavroom's normal form, namely Poison.
