Iron Island (Japanese: こうてつじま Steel Island) is a small islet off of the northwestern coast of Sinnoh, which is accessible by boat in Canalave City. On this island, a man named Riley trains, and will give the player a Riolu egg if game he or she helps him here by teaming up with him. Riley has a Lv.34 Lucario and will fully heal all of your Pokémon after each battle. At the end of Iron Island, you may collect a Shiny Stone. Iron Island was once a prosperous ore mine, but was shut down after the ore reserves dried up. Since then, it was kept open as a training area and habitat for wild Pokémon.
