The Power Herb (Japanese: パワフルハーブ Powerful Herb) is a type of held item introduced in Generation IV.

Effect
If the holder uses a move that has a charging turn (except Sky Drop), immediately after charging the move the user consumes the Power Herb and executes the final stage of the move. Because the charging stage is still performed, the Defense boost from Skull Bash is still applied.
If a Pokémon uses Solar Beam or Solar Blade during harsh sunlight, it will not consume its held Power Herb.
