Slack Off (Japanese: なまける Slack Off) is a non-damaging Normal-type move introduced in Generation III. Prior to Generation IV, it was the signature move of Slakoth and Slaking.
Effect
The user recovers half of its maximum HP.
If powered up by a Normalium Z into Z-Slack Off, all of the user's lowered stats are reset.
Slack Off can be used as part of a Pokémon Contest combination, with the user gaining an extra appeal point if Yawn was used in the prior turn.

Slaking yawns and relaxes. The injured parts of its body then sparkle with white energy and its body becomes momentarily covered in a light green, waving aura, restoring its lost health. | ||

Trivia
- In Generation III, the status screen erroneously states that the move has 100% accuracy, even though it targets the user (thus it ignores accuracy and evasion checks).
