Effect
If the holder uses a move that has a charging turn (except Sky Drop), immediately after charging the move the user consumes the Power Herb and executes the final stage of the move. Because the charging stage is still performed, the Defense boost from Skull Bash is still applied.
If a Pokémon uses Solar Beam or Solar Blade during harsh sunlight, it will not consume its held Power Herb.

In The Tournament Continues, Cheren's Unfezant used a Power Herb to bypass the charging turn of its Sky Attack and quickly defeat Leo's Deino.
In Flash and Cosmog's Secret, Moon deduced that the Totem Lurantis she was battling for training was holding a Power Herb, due to it being able to use Solar Blade without charging up first.
